Ordered club on Nov 25th. Got an email that a shipping label was being prepared and then nothing. No update, no club. Emailed company yesterday, no response. Disappointing service to say the least.

I ordered my 3CI Wedges March 23. The message said they were backordered and would ship the week of April 1. As of April 12 no wedges and no update as to eta. Called customer service and got an answering service that could not help me. Keeping customers informed so important to providing good customer service. Golf Taylor and 3CI are failing in this regard.Don Mueller from Golf Tailor followed up with me and was very helpful in making sure that I received my clubs. He refunded the UPS fees that I had paid to redirect the clubs to Buffalo from Palm Beach, FL and also the HST paid at the border when I brought them into Canada. Thank you Don. Great customer service.Also, tried out the clubs 55, 59, 65 and all worked really well. Highly recommended!

Customer Service: Ordered Thursday. No shipping confirmation as of Friday 5 PM. Call and I'm assured they will ship that afternoon. Nada. So Sunday email and get an immediate reply. They will investigate. Same sequence Monday. Same sequence Tuesday. And then I email them Tuesday saying they arrive by Saturday or cancel my order. And viola. NEXT DAY AIR no charge clubs arrive Wednesday morning. The GOOD: they did the right thing and I received the clubs about when I expected to when I made the order. The BAD: It took took much time and energy to make that happen.Billing: They charged my card the day after my order was placed but did not ship the clubs until 4 days later. I thought internet/mail order companies were not allowed to bill you until the product was sent???

I ordered my GX-7 Driver from Golf Tailor in 2017, but did not received a driver head cover with it like my other golfing buddies did. I contacted Golf Tailor and a wonderful customer service rep (Gallen Malone) got back to me and said he was sending me the GX-7 Driver Head. I can't say enough good things about Golf Tailor. They're a great company and great customer service. They really look out for their customers.

The experience was A+ I haven't had a chance to try out the club yet but purchasing from the website was very easy. I contacted them to ask about paying with PayPal and Debbie wrote back the same day with instructions on how to pay using that.

Ordered and received both the swing magic driver and iron. Decided I did not need both and sent back one requesting refund. Given info for return first time I called and refund was processed quickly.

Purchased the Speed Stik swing trainer. Fair price and good quality. The grip is specially made the align the hands. I have large hands and the grip does not fit me. I called to ask if a larger grip was available, none were. I asked if some training videos were available and there were. Several were emailed to me. Very nice.

I ordered the eX1 club and have yet to see it. They sent me a 2 day shipping notification and that was over a week ago. I called the post office and they told me that a shipping label was made but no product was ever delivered for shipping. I called them once about this and now when I called several days later, I cannot get through. I am starting to have doubts about this company. I will be really disappointed if I don't get this by Christmas since it is a gift.

Ordered an eX1 Wedge a great gift for a left-handed friend, but he plays Right-hand. It was a great experience to arrange an exchange for a R-H replacement easy as a breeze as it is in ordering.I appreciate the excellent Customer service rep!

I'm right handed and, upon advise of a friend I ordered the golf club marked L.However, not convinced that I did the right thing I pointed out my concern.Kyle's immediate response was: "when your left shoulder points in the direction of the target you need a right handed (RH) club. Even before I changed the order Kyle informed me that he had already made the change in the order,This is what I call "perfect service" and that is why I gave Kyle FIVE stars.Stoffel

Excellent experience! Kyle answered all my questions and extended my trial period to June due to inclement weather in my area this spring. Also, I asked if the USGA approved these wedges. Kyle confirmed approval for the 65 degree and I am waiting on word regarding the 59. Thanks again, Kyle and I await your further word.

I had ordered a 56 and a 65 degree wedge and before they were shipped I decided I only wanted the 65 degree wedge. Spoke to the company and they cancelled, without charge, my 56 degree order. Nice people to do business with.

I ordered a 59 deg ex1 wedge from Golf Tailor and I was told that I would receive an email confirming my order and a shipping conformation. I have received neither and it has been 4 day's now but they have taken the money from my account. Be careful!!! Flaky outfit. -------- I Received a call from Golf Tailor immediately after posting this review and they resolved the issue and were very polite and generous in doing so. Thanks
