I have dealt with a lot of realtors around OK and AR and these people are by far one of my favorite! I love how honest and open they are with you! It made me feel comfortable with finding my perfect home! They knew exactly what I was looking for and I trusted their opinion. Very nice people here and I highly recommend giving them a call when you are looking for a new house. I couldn't have done it without them and I feel like if I went anywhere else, I would've been unhappy. They helped me find my dream home and I felt like I was always their top priority even though they probably have 100s of other clients they are working with. I highly recommend using Gold Tree.

Google "Goldtree Realty LLC Oklahoma Real Estate Commission" before buying or renting any property connected to this organization or Alex Phu.Rented from here for 3 years and have a mile long laundry list of complaints. The biggest one is that when asking them to fix the air conditioner during the summer they hung up on me. We had to fight for each and every repair to be made. Not luxury repairs, but essentials like heating, a/c, and water. Was not completed in a timely fashion and then, when moving out, they tried to deduct our security deposit for hail damage! and this, only after not returning our deposit after more than 60 days.

I have lived in my home for almost 4 years and everytime we need something fixed it is a huge ordeal. They are cheap and don't want to fix issues. I have been with out my 2nd bathroom for over a month. And that act like I'm bothering them just asking why haven't you fixed my home. Horrible rental management
