We have been with Gary Baccus for a long time & would recommend to anyone! Always been satisfied with State Farm, their right there for you. Need insurance give their office a call you wont be dissappointed. Also, we spoke with agent Stephanie. She takes the time to listen, gets you covered in all areas, and puts her time into it. Wow, there is so much to say!. First of all about a year ago we had a hole in the ceiling. The cost was under our deductible. Even though that was true Gary worked with us all the way and he made sure we had the job done and it was done correctly.I have emailed him about several other questions and not once has he not responded. I feel a complete and I mean complete trust when dealing with Gary.Also Jessica has helped us. Right now we are looking at adding one more thing to our policy. Jessica was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and willing to do any research needed to answer the question. And was quick to respond. She is really an asset to the agency.Nona WilsonNona Wilson

My recommendation is go somewhere else. I thought I have a good rate with them until I signed up with them and they send you documentation that disagrees with what they told you. To get clarification I called up statefarm headquarters and was given different story....which makes it harder for me to decide who to believe. I ended paying more to get the coverage I wanted. It is too much hassle/time to shop around for insurance but I will be switching the first chance I get.
