Went in to buy Diablo 4 last week and the employee talked me out of it and had me get spider man 2. He explained if I don’t like the game I can exchange it in 14days for full refund.Wasn’t in love with the game so I went back “with in 14 days “ only for the manager to offer me half of the amount I paid in store credit. He said that his team member was wrong and then said he will let him know.The team member was trying to be helpful with advising me video games but it ticks me off that I basically lost $50 because the manager has yet to train his staff.Why does the client take the loss for the managers lack of training? Very disappointed.

Zoe was so sweet to me! She spoke to my boyfriend on my phone because I didn’t really know what I was doing when I went in there. She is amazing and made me feel incredibly comfortable! Keep her! ?

Never will shop at gamestop. How the heck are you going to ID check a 42yr old man that obviously looks old enough too buy the final fantasy 16 ps5 bundle. So at closing closing time of 9/13/23 the employee just let a 550 sell go. Cause I didn't have my ID. Target got the money. An you lost a customer. From what i can tell. Gamestop needs all the profit they can get.

I’ve been going to GameStops for ages, and they continue to disappoint me every time. They never have anything reasonably priced, the staff tend to be unfriendly and unwelcoming, and there are less games than there are useless trinkets.This location specifically has really just continued to go downhill with their selection, offering a small selection of new-gen titles with little to no older games. Disappointed.

The gamestop employees here are the best I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Nice, friendly, and accommodating when it comes to getting the merch that makes my gamer family happy. Love you guys!

Taryn, the "manager" very condescending and not helpful with a return. I realize this establishment is not the nicest in town--however, with proof of payment, a return should be honored. (without being laughed at and made to feel like the request is unheard of) Clothing item WITH tags still attached, purchased 3 whole days ago. Won't be coming back to this location. The customer service at this location is lacking, to say the least. The nicest employee there mentioned to me that he has gotten reprimanded before for talking to the customers too much... imagine that? Sad.
