Very helpful in working me into their schedule to get my dead battery replaced. I had bought it there and it was under warranty. The staff explained things well and were quite courteous.

Sat in the completely empty store for 15 mins and no one came to help me. Once I finally got someone’s attention they were rude and acted too busy. I left. No thanks. I won’t be treated like I’m a bother when I’m there to pay money. Maybe they need more staff or better management.

I came here because it is convenient that they work on Sundays which works well with my schedule. However, I dropped off my car at 8AM to get new tires and had an appointment. I called around noon and they said they would be done around 3PM, so I waited until 5PM to pick them up. Then I was told it would be another 45 minutes because they didn't actually have the tires in stock so it was taking longer than expected. No one had ever called me. Also left with no tire stem caps after dropping $1,000.I'll have to decide if its worth getting them rotated and balanced somewhere else even though I paid for the lifetime package. Seems like this place has a lot of excuses.Services: Tires

I've used Firestones coast to coast since the mid-90s for almost all of my auto service needs and have usually been satisfied. I had been filling my tires w air much more frequently than normal and also had a brake light recently go out. When my air pressure light popped on just a day after filling the tire, I ran over to this location (first time visit and no appointment) and Ben took the car in, despite having only a couple of techs scheduled that day. He seemed more than happy to take a look and never made me feel that my unscheduled visit was an unwelcome hindrance on his day.Early that afternoon, he called to let me know that his tech had pulled a handful of roofing nails from my tires, patched them up and swapped the brake light. The cost? 4 bucks for the bulb and zero for the time it took the gentleman to do that labor. Since my tires were purchased at Firestone, that was covered, but I definitely did not expect him to waive the labor charge completely.Edmond is lucky to have a Firestone with this caliber of customer service and obvious mechanical know-how. Great experience from start to finish.

I am leaving this review so no one has to go through the mistreatment that I did. The manager of this establishment will allow her employees to break parts of your vehicle, and take no responsibility for it. Back in January I brought in my Mercedes to have all four tires replaced. I received a call informing that they had used an impact drill at twice the torque recommended and had broken the lock on one of my tires. (Mercedes, along with other brands, have locks on their tires to prevent theft). Once they broke this lock, they were unable to fix it, causing me to take it to Mercedes dealership for a $700 repair (also breaking 4 of their tools in their attempts to fix firestones mistake). Mercedes recommended I get a reimbursement from Firestone for their mistake. Firestone refused to provide a reimbursement. After allowing her a few months to reassess her choice, the manager now claims I never had a lock on my tire to begin with. This is an extremely poorly ran and disrespectful establishment and I hope no one else has to go through this. The words of my grandfather, 70, and mother, 45, are that they have never experienced such terrible mistreatment in customer service in their years of living.

Well at the start of this review it is 23 minutes I have been on hold. No one has addressed me to ask to wait or even answered the phone to say hello and explain that they were busy. Just straight to hold. What good is it to record the conversation if an employee never answers to greet you. Or even tell me to go F myself. My family and friends or anyone that ever brings up automotive care will never use not only this location but any Firestone or Hibdons. Answered at 28 minutes and told me I don’t understand what it’s like to be busy and let me know that if I got an attitude I would no longer be welcome at that location. We are no longer welcome at that location. ? I will be reaching out to their corporate office. All this and they tell me they couldn’t balance my wheels cause they didn’t have anything to wipe the dust off of them. This is what I’ve come to expect from Bridgestone retail locations. Too big to fail is their mentality and the person informed me that he didn’t care if I complained cause he could just get another job somewhere else. Congratulations sir. You are what gives the automotive industry the worst name. Millions of other hard working Americans thank you sarcastically for that.Service: Tires

I took my 2023 Tesla to have the Wheels switched out on the touch-less tire machine. Wheels are perfect. Use them for your tire and wheel work for high end cars.

was verbally assaulted because did not understand the sales lingo and was opposite what i was advised by other mechanics. also they will not check alternator or anything unless you know to ask. was a favorite place of mine before pandemic. i always recommended. i dont know what changed but was treated poorly and service was awful. prices high, too. they left my car with windows open in the parking lot for overnight and dead battery. what is this? had to ask for jump to close the window since rain coming. seems like a no brainer customer service. so the company must underpay or something. dont know. but scared to go back. seriously. maybe they see this review and....poof!

I brought my car here last week in order to get the A/C looked at, as well as get an oil change. This was the first mistake. After getting the car back a day later they had done the oil change and looked at the A/C. They had put dye in the A/C and notified me to bring it back within a week so they can double check the A/C to see if there was a leak. Once I returned the car after a week I notified the front desk person that they needed to re-check the A/C to see if it was leaking since they had put the dye in it. I NEVER ASKED THEM TO CHECK FOR AN OIL LEAK. I had no reason to think anything was wrong with my oil pan. A day goes by and the same front desk person calls back and says that they found a leak in my oil and I needed to replace the oil pan. Naturally anyone would wonder why in the world they are looking at my oil given that this is an A/C issue. The employee obviously didn't look at any notes from the car that had been there just a week prior. They continuously blamed me for THEIR mistake. Just wait it gets better! In comes the store manager. One of the most unprofessional and rude employees in the store. She calls me and demands the payment for looking at the oil instead of admitting fault that they should have looked at the A/C. The manager then proceeds to talk down to me demanding $40 payment for an oil change. After explaining to her that I had already gotten an oil change 2 weeks prior with THEM, and the only reason I were returning to the store was for the A/C leak, she continued to embarrass herself by speaking over me time and time again. Needless to say I will bring it up to the corporate office because no one should be treated like this. Please refrain from bringing any car here under this management. After picking up the car, staff wrote a note in the invoice to me and exposed herself of even more unprofessional behavior. She stated "She did not know what she was doing" referring to myself when it was clear the Angela was the one who was lost. Please stay away from this business and the management. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE.Services: Air conditioning

Took my car in to get a blowout fixed, tried charging me close to 900 dollars for a tie rod and tried telling me my wheel berring was messed up and that would cost 200. went to a trusted mechanic and they said my berring was fine, and the tie rod would cost 450$
