I came from Houston, TX to Edmond for the weekend and needed a wash after the drive. I’ve never been to a drive thru car wash where someone took care of me like Freddy did. It was like I came to the car wash with my friend that helped me clean my car. He actually washed part of the outside by hand and helped me dry. Top tier service!

Genuinely the best car wash I've ever received. I don't normally write reviews but I have NEVER in my life had someone take their time to add so much detail. He sprayed the entirety of my car thoroughly and then followed me over to the drying area and used a microfiber towel to HAND dry my vehicle further after leaving the air dryer. Best car wash ever! I came by right around closing and Freddie, the attendant, took such good care of my car…and my son. He noticed my toddler in the back and asked me if he could have a sucker (or two), which my son quickly obliged. He so friendly and had an amazing welcoming personality and smile! He wasn’t rushed at all while doing the pre-rinse/clean off (my car was super dirty)! Most car washes just lightly spray before you go through the wash but Freddy really scrubbed the spots on the front of the car with a rag and went over the entire car with a mop and then rinsed. It was more detail than the actual car wash itself (which was also great). Best car wash experience ever for both my son and me! Thank you!!!Services: Polishing

Freddie was awesome! He went above and beyond to spray down my car before going through the wash. He even wiped/scrubbed the bugs off the front of my car, class act!His customer service and care for the customer is unmatched. I hope corporate/management capitalizes on the caliber of worker they have and recognize him as a superior employee. Give him more responsibility and more opportunities in the company!

The wash I received and Freddy were amazing, while working all by himself he handled everything calmly and with the most positive and welcoming attitude!! He truly made the experience 100 times better. I will definitely be returning thanks to him and my great car wash as well!!

Freddie and Christian are the most helpful and courteous employees I've ever met at pretty much any establishment we frequent! The carwash is a great value-gets the car nice and clean for a 1/3 of the price at other places. Highly recommend!

Freddie was incredibly kind and very attentive to my car and the areas that needed an extra spray down before entering the car wash. He even took a towel and wiped off the bugs from my front bumper!!! This place does a better job at $3 than other others do for 20$. I love finish line and refuse to get a car wash anywhere else. You won’t regret coming here!

Stay away from this place. We called to cancel our monthly billing and they couldn’t find our account in the system. We had to drive up there and I had to show the guy how to change the search dates to locate our account. When it pulled up I asked him to cancel it and he said that I was being rude and I had to get him to call the police up before he would cancel the account. Horrible experience and a total waste of time for us as well as the Edmond police.

Freddy and Christian just helped me out at this car wash and they are absolutely LOVELY. Even though my car was filthy they took the time to hand wash every inch of the outside of car before I even went through the car wash. They were incredibly sweet, kind, and thoughtful. This is the only car wash I will ever go through and the only one I would recommend to people. I live in Guthrie and drive all the way the Edmond to come here.
