I hate this location. THEY ALWAYS DELIVER TO WRONG PLACE. I have a new house that been on google maps for 3 years now and this particular fedex always delivers to an abandoned building that's across the street. You can clearly tell it's an abandoned building. If they just look around you can clearly see my house number on the front of my house. This is really annoying and they need to get it together.

If I could give negative stars I would. These are some of the laziest, sad excuse of a delivery company. I ALWAYS have a problem with packages and have NEVER had a package delivered in time. Once again I have a package that has been returned to the facility for a 3rd time. They even tried to give to post office twice and package was denied both times. Now my package says delivery exception and still no update…. I try to never use fedex, the company I ordered from listed a competitor to deliver that was the only reason i placed order, I didn’t want the stress of dealing with fedex

FedEx delivery person Refuses to deliver packages to my apartment address and instead leaves packages on sidewalk in front of leasing office. 5 packages stolen in past 3 months . Will leave in lease office instead . I am 71 years old disabled and some packages have weighed up to 50lbs . 3 confirmed complaints filed as of now NOTHING has been done or employee reprimanded

Driver "attempted delivery - business closed" however, the business is the daycare my daughter works at which us very much open. Package was flowers for her birthday. The delivery picture the driver took was of his thumb. So no flowers delivered on her birthday, possibly next day delivery however, I'm pretty sure the driver will screw that up too. FedEx sucks!

Y'all are useless. I had a package that said it was delivered to me, but the confirmation picture wasn’t even a picture of my front yard, it had been delivered to someone else and I reported it to you all and you were basically just like “wait it out.” Like 5 days after I was supposed to receive it, my package finally made its way to me--thanks to the kind person who received it and called me at my number on the package, no thanks to you. And this is not the first time it's happening. You miss delivered some poor person's furniture to me a few months ago and I called y'all to come pick it up like 5 times over two weeks and you never did. The address it was supposed to go to wasn't even in the same complex as mine!! And it was too heavy for me to move. It just sat there killing my grass and getting rained on for two weeks as you guys said you would pick it up day after day and never did. Eventually I hunted down a random FedEx truck I saw in our complex and got them to come get them. I'm sure the poor persons furniture was ruined by then, though.
Stop making people who don't work for FedEx do your job for you and start delivering packages to the right address the first time. It's literally y'all's only function as a company.

Fedex training workers to lie & patronize it's consumer in return for cheap labor. We have discontinued our services and will no longer used them after package to be delivered for wife's funeral wasn't delivered lied about location pickup hours

Lied about coming to my door i checked the cameras also multiple people were home and why do i need to be home for a delivery just drop it off at the door

Terrible terrible service!!! We have had so many packages delivered to our address that wasn’t ours. When I order something I am going to find out if they ship FedEx and if so, I will not be buying from them!!
No one at the warehouse knows what they are doing!!

I receive shipments all the time after 20 years FedEx has decided they can not find my address no wounded most places use other shipping methods

This was a special order of my package wheelchair ramp I supposed to have my wife in the hospital because of the situation if he dies you lose, I will see you in court FedEx you suck and PS got something to tell you you all completely a liar you said you will get a hold of the driver to have this baster and Quaker. I paid a lot of money for this for a special kind of delivery. Thanks a lot. My wife is in ICU.

My mother bought my daughter a toddler table and the FedEx driver delivered it at another location and had someone else sign it off that doesn’t even have the same name as me.
I would love to get a hold of corporate to complain about this issue.
