I normally like this Family Dollar, 33rd and Boulevard, but had an experience today that was very frustrating. It was about 4:15, and when I got to the counter I realized I didn't have the right card. I ran out to my car to see if i had it. I'm already embarrassed because there are people behind me. I don't have my card, and I have to have her take something off. She was obviously frustrated with me. I get it, but a little bit of kindness would have gone a long way. Instead when I say i'm so sorry I get no words back. I get frustrated looks end sighs. I will never come back to that store.

All I'm going to say is God sees everything, every rude word, every cruel action. Management needs to be retrained in compassion and manners. Will not be returning after the display I witnessed here today. Absolutely disgusting.

Made a trip to Oklahoma City for a family memorial. Had to stop in for a minute at the local Family Dollar. The store was very convenient, easy to access with a lot of parking. I absolutely love that they sell alcohol. I think that is step up in the right direction. Now, to the ladies behind the counter,? thank you so much! Sincerely, your kind words meant a lot and I appreciate your smiles and friendly service.

Do not buy at Family Dollar. Good luck on getting a refund. Refund policy not on receipt. Could not get a refund and bought item approx 20 minutes earlier. Buyer beware.

Who doesn’t have change of two twenties and a few dollars. I had to use my credit card because they had no change. This was at 10:30 in the morning on Monday. A little prep before you open your store might help.

I use the app and the cashier told me a coupon I'd clipped is only good for Saturday. I went to the car and checked my receipt and the app. There were 2 coupons they should have credited me for totalling $7. There was a long line so I left. If you put coupons out there to get customers in we shouldn't have to watch or argue to get them redeemed. I won't be back.
