I booked a car with their staff at noon,I take Uber to get their location, right before I arrive,their another staff called me to tell me that they had no car available. seriously?!how do you train your staff? because your not well trained staff,I wasted my money and time. I like enterprise,but employee training i needs to be significantly improved.

Great Car, much more than I expected. Friendly and Professional people. Unfortunately had to wait 45 minutes for it to be cleaned. Check in was smooth and a quick ride home.

I have rented from them twice with great service.Watch out for wiper fluid, full gas tank, battery strength for fobs, and depending on the season, ask for an ice scraper.Oh... ask how to get into the gas tank also... it is not always obvious.They don't seem to be proactive in those areas.But they traded out a car quickly for me when I was unable to get in and out of the original easily.It was a good place to rent from, and will quickly do it again if necessary.

My grandfather had to be taken to a hospital in another city so wanted to get a large SUV. We make a reservation and arrive, no vehicles. We are sent to another location, no vehicles. How can you tell people to drive across the city on a ghost hunt with a man who can barely move to play your games. Ho do you take reservations and not know if you if you have any vehicles to rent. Service at this location was horrible. Was not informed of a 300$ deposit until the day before my schedule pick up. The store also never emailed me or called me confirmation like they said they would I had to contact them. I canceled the rental and will not be using enterprise ever.

The manager is a blonde hair lady that doesn’t know anything all of the employees let me use my debit card and I’ve received 2 rentals from this place she was very rude and tried talking over me also I have called this place repeatedly all day to extend my rental and no answer! Also I told them I would come in to pay and this morning they charged my card when I was going to pay with a different card SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT COME TO THIS ENTERPRISE ON BROADWAY THE EMPLOYEES ARE NICE BUT MANAGER IS THE WORST !!!

Very limited pickup days and vehicles. Close at 5pm on weekdays like people dont have work and can just go there during their 9-5 store hours. Unprofessional and rude customer service with the attitude of “you need me i dont need you”. Highly not recommended

It's as if the staff anticipates a bad experience for every guest that enters the building. They have terrible customer service and don't care. Don't make an appointment, they won't prioritize you anyway. No need to tell them what type of car you need, they won't have it. Rude and entitled. I won't ever use Enterprise again.

Honestly Brittany has truly been the best to work with. We've had to endure renting a car from enterprise for 7 months and Brittany's customer service has gone above and beyond. I'm not sure of her position there but she definitely deserves a promotion or a raise. I've never had such amazing customer service.

Always wait 30-90 minutes for my car. I've tried showing up 45 minutes early, booking earlier times, etc... Nothing helps. 3-5 years ago I booked cars 3 weeks a month and was always in and out in 10 minutes. Not sure why this is an ongoing problem. Got a 7 hour drive ahead of me and been waiting over an hour again this morning. Staff friendly, but takes forever to get in and out.
