“Purchased top-of-the-line speed queen washer and dryer from Harry's last fall and was very pleased with entire process from purchase to installation and follow up help/instructions. This is a family owned business and the young men that delivered the appliances were professional and nice even told me about the different wash cycles but what really made the difference was they respected me as a customer. Called yesterday to find out about the delicate cycle on the washing machine and a person actually answered the phone, was very pleasant and helped me understand the different agitation modes. “My battery wouldn't hold a charge, and after taking it to my neighborhood auto supply to be charged, I found out it was dead and needed replacing. Though it was a few years old, I searched my house for the Batteries Plus warranty, but couldn't find it. I decided to call to see if they could look it up, and they did, and informed me that I still had a couple of weeks on my warranty and that they could test it and swap it out if needed. I assumed it was prorated, and I could at least get a discount, which would be helpful as it's a $250 battery. Nope - swapped it out - I paid nothing!But I'm writing this review because the two people working there that day were super chill, and very helpful to every customer in the store. The guy that helped us, Chris (Chappie) was especially pleasant and efficient with the warranty process. He also ran out to our car as we left, as I left my phone behind. Other stores could definitely take a lesson in customer service from these folks. Thanks guys!”
