We were extremely pleased with everyone at the dealership especially Noah. He was very professional and helpful. Wanted to make sure we got exactly what fit us best and he went above and beyond to explain the entire car to us. We are beyond thrilled with our new Palisade and appreciate everyone there that helped us get into the nicest vehicle we’ve ever had. Highly recommend this dealership!

I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this location. Our experience began with Alan, who was respectful and knowledgeable, taking the time to walk my wife and me through the two vehicles we were interested in. However, this was the extent of the positive experience.
The sales manager assisting Alan was Matthew. The process initially seemed smooth, but complications arose when a dealer trade was necessary to obtain the all-black Calligraphy Santa Fe. Upon delivery, I noticed several areas of damage. When I discussed the damage with the finance department, we were assured that the damaged parts would be replaced with new ones. However, when we requested that this be noted on the "We Owe" form, we were told, “that type of item is handled by service, so it does not go on the ‘We Owe’ form.” This seemed odd to us.
We then spoke with Matthew, who promised that all parts would be replaced with new ones except for a scratch on the interior pillar, which would be repaired to look like new. Unfortunately, this promise turned out to be misleading.
The vehicle was taken to the body shop, and I was informed that the shop was instructed only to repair the damage, not replace the parts. I immediately contacted the service manager but was told I needed to speak with Matthew. When I reached out to Matthew, he denied ever making the replacement promise. Despite confirmation from both the shop and Alan that parts would be replaced, the repair work was subpar. The bumper and hood, instead of being “like new,” were left with significant paint imperfections, including dirt and speckles.
I attempted to contact Matthew multiple times via email, phone, and in-person notes, but received no response. A week later, my messages remain unanswered. Matthew’s handling of this situation has turned what should have been a straightforward vehicle purchase into a frustrating ordeal. Unfortunately, it seems that a leader in the sales department is willing to say whatever is necessary to close a deal but fails to deliver on promises once the sale is made.

My car was broken down and they had the audacity to charge 10x more than the work and part was worth. And when I said I didn’t want to have them service the vehicle after the diagnostic done, they just left my air cabin filter opened and the under plating of my vehicle in the trunk instead of putting everything back to where it is suppose to be. NEVER TRUST DEALERSHIP ESPECIALLY THIS ONE!!!!!

MISSING PART DURING OIL CHANGE!
I got an oil change for my car and on the same day at evening, engine light was on and the car was acting super wierd. I waited until Monday and got there to be fixed, and they said they missed the part during oil change and made the vacuum seal not working. I didn't get any apologies, wasted 3 hours there to wait to be fixed. Definitely not a great experience.

Going to Edmond Hyundai made for a very positive car buying experience! I was assisted by Noah Glavan and Easton Sherfield and they were both super kind, honest, and helpful. Noah helped me on two different days I was there and helped me find exactly the car I wanted! He literally helped me for over 5 hours until I found the perfect deal. I highly recommend this dealership!

Very poor experience, they attempted bait and switch on me. Got a good lease deal on the website and even submitted to a credit check to be told “we can’t find that” and then refused to actually give me any price. Kept attempting tricks to get me to drive there (a couple hours away) without giving me any pricing details or confirming they would honor the price. When holding firm that I would like to see a price they just ghosted me. 0/10 do not recommend

This place is phenomenal, my experience was pleasant and easy. Service provider Albert "AJ" Johnson greeted me at the door and took care of me through my entire process. He made sure I received all the warranty and products to suite my needs, very professional. The entire team was attentive and friendly. Highly recommended great service guys and gals. Keep up the good work.
