I did not have the best experience to say the least. Recently, I purchased a new 2024 Genesis. I was verbally guaranteed by several representatives that I would receive the following complimentary inclusive services with the purchase of my vehicle: Unlimited car washes at the dealership without it being serviced. A couple of weeks after purchasing my vehicle, I discovered by a different representative that the car washes are only offered complimentary after a vehicle is serviced. I wish that I was told this before driving across the city. Promised that a Level 2 Charger was going to be included and installed at my house by Genesis. My sales representative was not educated about the operations of my new Genesis, whatsoever. Every question that I had was answered with a guess, to which I discovered very important details that were not addressed later. For example, the operations of the auto hold and self folding side mirrors would have been nice to have been educated on prior to going through a carwash. The brand new vehicle had scratches on the exterior and blemish marks on the inside after initially picking up my new vehicle. My sales representative documented all of the scratches and blemishes to be repaired on his paper. My representative scheduled my repairs to be completed a week after purchasing my vehicle. To my surprise, I discovered on the day of my scheduled appointment to repair the scratches, that the sales representative is no longer with Genesis. Supervisors and other staff did not have any documentation of my scheduled appointment, nor did they have anything saved of what needed to be repaired. I felt as if I wasted another trip to this dealership and wasted my time. Very disorganized dealership. Disappointed by the service that I received and my experience.

Parking is bad too many unsold cars all over. Service was great they have a beverage bar and great seating to wait for your car to be serviced. The service department got me in the same day for an oil change. It was going to take 4 days for the other dealership this afternoon calling to set up an appointment.

Rajip and Sam are all-star salesmen. Sam gave such good customer service when we bought our first Genesis it convinced us to come back for our second one. Rajip is the friendliest guy, and you can tell he likes to help people. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable, and overall I’ll be a customer for life!

Aaron, my service advisor was nothing short of amazing! I live closer to the Genesis in Norman and I will not go back due to the service I received but I will not cloud up my good review of the Genesis store in Edmond. I will forever drive out of my way to get my service done at Genesis of Edmond! A special thank you to Aaron for going above and beyond!!!

I thought a lot about posting this. I wrestled with the idea of just letting it go, but Cheridan Olson should not get away with how she treated me during my employment. I was recently fired. I was told they were "going in a different direction". This came less than a week after I reported her for creating a hostile work environment. This woman treated me HORRIBLY. From calling me dramatic and loud for literally NO REASON, telling me my ADHD, a literal health diagnosis that I disclosed in my interview, is "no excuse" for the way I react to stressful situations (ADHD is 100% unavoidable and something I can't help), denying my time off to put my 14 year old emotional support dog to sleep because "She lost her son and she didn't take that much time off", purposely sabatoging me in a job that was sprung on me and wasn't even my job description, to accusing me of scheduling appointments that ended up costing them money because of me (it always turned out to be someone else who scheduled it and she never once apologized). I was literally bullied by this woman in my workplace. I was told, after reporting her, that "It's just her personality", and that nothing would ever come of the report I made. I tried my absolute best to avoid her, to the point of her yelling at me for not asking her questions I was asking others. Any conversation I had with her was met with a totally negative attitude, snapping at me, raising her voice, etc. She created a hostile work environment and was constantly holding my job over my head. I put up with it because I could barely afford to eat and pay my bills. I was doing GREAT in my actual job. I was making (a lot of the time, as long as we had enough work given to us) the most calls per day, scheduling tons of appointments, and created friendships with all of my customers. I never had anyone complain about me. In fact, my customers would often tell me how I provided the best customer service they ever had when calling this dealership. I barely called in, I was NEVER late. I genuinely loved my job. I showed up every day ready to work, but it would quickly become obvious that Cheridan would be the reason I had a bad day. I had no support from other managers. In fact, Nathan, one of the GMs, would often text Cheridan after eavesdropping on our conversations in the office, and would twist things so that she'd call me in and yell at me. Nothing he thought he heard was accurate, and I even had witnesses. Any time I defended myself, I was accused even more of lying. I would cry on my way home almost every day because of how awful she was to me. There's so much more that she did, and I'm currently compiling everything and sending it to a lawyer. I was 100% treated unfairly, even more so after disclosing my ADHD to her. She deserves to be reprimanded for the way she treated me, as well as MANY others. I was never able to get ahold of anyone in HR to help me, so I doubt anyone else was able to either. HR information isn't posted anywhere. I hope they realize that the reason they're CONSTANTLY hiring techs and other service positions, is probably because of her.Do better, Edmond Hyundai. Your employees are the reason you are making money. Treat them the way they deserve.Also, the Genesis building is disgusting. We had to sit in a building that smelled like sewage, had black mold, a bug infestation, and no working bathrooms. The entire building also had no AC so when it was 100+°, so was the building. All we were given is a fan that sat on a window unit, and it didn't really work.

There is a special atmosphere at Genesis of Edmond. From the first contact, you are made to feel very welcome and like family. In fact, that is the overwhelming attitude: you are becoming part of a family. We were treated so courteously and the overriding attitude was, “What do we need to do to get you exactly the vehicle you want.” Once we decided on the model and features, they reached out to a fellow dealer and had the car in less than 24 hours. I have attached a photo. We think it is a beauty.

Our customer salesman Sam was a large factor in us choosing our 2023 G90. His knowledge of the features of this car and his care and instructions in this operation along with his ability to obtain a deal was great! All this was done in a quick and fast way. We sent a letter to CEOs of Hyundai and Genesis stating we Were very pleased with Mr Sam great Customer Service.

Every single person that helped me- from the front desk, to sales, finance, and manager- was friendly and attentive.I didn’t expect to buy my car as quick as I did, but I fell in love with the safety, look, and bells & whistles of the GV80! Sam has been SO helpful and I know I can still reach out to him with any questions even after the purchase! Thanks y’all!

Brandon and Brian took absolute excellent care of us on the purchase of a GV70. Love the car, love the guys there. Absolutely top notch experience. Had us in and out in 2 hours. From test drive to finance was great.

Very large selection of on-hand inventory. Sales staff was very courteous. Sales manager found the hidden gem not loaded into inventory yet as it just came off the truck. Exactly the spec wanted. Finance was straight forward and fairly quick compared to other places I've purchased cars. Oh, and they put a giant bow and have indoor a/c delivery when the deal is sealed. Bonus!

Genesis of Edmond has been an amazing dealership when it comes to taking care of their customers. I've owned my Genesis for a year and was assigned a representative by the name of Jeremy Imes. He does a fantastic job of making sure the car is taken care of and that the needs of the customer are met. I highly recommend this dealership and Jeremy.

I may of said this before but will continue to shout out @edmondhyundai and @genesisofedmond for their absolutely amazing service. From buying my Genesis to getting it serviced even my wife's car which wasn't bought there and getting it serviced is absolutely amazing. I have not seen customer service this good in any industry before. They probably give better customer service than myself lol. If you are looking at buying a new or used car or just need to get your car serviced check them out. The absolute best dealer and service team in probably all of Oklahoma. Special shout out to Jeremy in the service department. Dude is an absolute legend and someone needs to give that man a raise.

Great Dealership! Every salesman, service advisor, finance person seems to really want to make owning a Genesis a wonderful experience.I pulled up to Service for regular maintenance and was greater by a tech and an advisor. They each separately checked on my advisor and let me know he'd be with me shortly.Even though things were busy, they made me feel like I was important.
