Instantly, from the moment my husband and I entered the store our furniture shopping experience was excellent. Denyse Teal gave us a wonderful greeting and listened to what we were searching for. We were looking for a sleeper sofa, with size and color restrictions, or if that was not possible then just a sofa. Denyse opened every sleeper sofa happily, let us test them, and helped analyze our color choices with us. The sleeper is made by Palliser and is an engineer marvel. What a great shopping experience and Denyse was over the top great. I received a call 15 minutes prior to delivery and the two gentlemen were very kind and did a wonderful job. As soon as you walk in you are greeted. Staff was very friendly! Denise Teal helped me she was very sweet and knowledgeable and guided me on my purchase. I was able to take samples home of colors to help pick out the right colors so it took me several day’s to decide but she was very patient and helpful. So glad I decided to stop in there to see what they had on my way down to Mathis Brothers. I had to look no further.

Great selection of in-stock high quality furniture. Delivery team followed me home and set-up my new furniture. Store is locally owned which is a plus. Sales rep, Denyse, carefully listened to my list of wants and led me to selections which fit my description--I bought it on the spot! EFG is a local treasure in a land of big chain furniture stores.

EFG has beautiful furniture, all different styles and all price ranges. The staff is very friendly and they are not ‘shopper stalkers’ as are in some furniture stores. Denyse went above and beyond helping us at EFG. We found just the right piece of furniture. We had some car problems and she was so very kind and helpful. That is rare in today’s world and we so appreciated it.
