‼️‼️‼️‼️ BEWARE
The bay that I washed my car in has the tire soak and the car pre-soak as the same solution, and I didn’t realize they were both the same solution until I went to use the tire soak - which of course says “DO NOT USE ON PAINT, USE CAUTION”. Now my brand new car has weird spots all over it. Tried calling the number listed and it says it’s disconnected. BEWARE ‼️‼️‼️‼️

Stall 3 stole quite a few quarters from me and there is no coin release option. I sent a "kind" text message as the sign suggested to let management know but I got no response. This place is a joke. Go spend a little more somewhere else

We've used this automatic car wash for years and have mostly been happy with the results. Sometimes the wash wasn't as good as others. The self-wash is unbelievably expensive.
On 6/6/24, we tried to use the automatic car wash. The machine charged our card but despite no one else being there, the wash kept telling me to wait because the wash was already in use. We waited several minutes but never got the green light to start the wash. We tried driving into the bay in hopes the wash would start, but nothing happened.
There is a sign above the credit card reader asking customers to call or text with any issues. I texted the same day with my receipt. I got no answer. I texted again 3 days later. Still no answer. Now I'm disputing the charge with my credit card holder & will not use this car wash again.

Car wash stopped washing my car after less than a minute. I called the car wash manager. At first, he was cool and gave me a code to input for a free car wash. I drove all the way back later that day and the code didn't work when I tried it. Tried calling him again, left a voicemail, never heard back. They don't care. Don't give these lowlifes your money.

Credit card reader button does not work to stop charges. Charged $10 for a 2 minute wash. Owner will not respond to calls/texts. Also had the automatic wash malfunction and clean half my vehicle, owner would not respond then either. Do not use this wash.

Clean decent Edmond car wash, hand washing your car only costs a $1 to get the water running. They do take debit/credit cards but make sure to push the flashing green light when finished or you could be paying for someone else to wash their car as well. There is a Touch Free Automatic car wash available for $8, $10, $12, or $15 options. Vacuum options under a protective rain covering are available once you pass through a car washing bay.

All bays fills with red mud. Very little soap. Broken vacuums.

Been there about 5 times and twice the car wash just stopped when I changed settings. First time I didn’t take the time to contact the text number. This time I texted the number, no response. I was not in favor of membership car washes but I at least know what I’m going to be charged when I try to wash my car every time.

I had recently tried the contactless car wash since this location was recommended, and it was a great first experience! However, when I returned yesterday, it seemed to not be functioning properly. I tried calling two different numbers to reach somebody about it today but had no luck. Just a heads up for anyone seeking a reliable, contactless wash beyond the most basic car wash option. I would be cautious choosing the other options with additional washing services because it may not be reliable. My car still looks like it’s in need of a wash.

I like washing my own car, and their drive thru works great too at other times. There are a lot of cycles to go through that are all optional, but it's good you get a choice. It's easy.
