Made an order to surprise my wife at work for her accomplishments there. Did a 2 day delivery to plan ahead to make sure it would get there.. Sadly she gets a call at 6pm from a very rude delivery driver wondering why she's not there to accept the delivery. Well I chose "Business" address so one would believe you would try and deliver during "business" hours. Now fighting to get a refund... Will never be doing business with this company/branch again.

Made an order for a week prior to Valentine's Day. Not only did they fail to deliver the day of, but they didn't provide any update on the status of the order or ask me if I wanted to cancel. I called the store multiple times with no answer. Finally decided to drive to the store and waited for 20 minutes with no help at the front desk. Worst branch I've ever attempted to do business with. Do NOT purchase anything from them.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Ordered edible arrangements for a friends event. Never got delivered. Corporate was no help and the store never answered. Don’t order from here!

Placed an order for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary from the Edmond location to be delivered the day of. Not only did they fail to deliver, they did not even communicate through email, text, or phone call that delivery would not be completed. Called the store for an update, no answer so it was directed to corporate. Spoke to a rep who said store isn’t answering and would have to wait 24 hours. Asked for a supervisor who came on the line after 25 mins and then said we would have to wait 24 hours because they need to hear from the store. Are you kidding me? I said they need to proceed with the order and reimburse. This was our parents 50th!! I will never order from them again nor would I suggest anyone to order. Corporate is complete BS and this company should just shut down if they are not able to commit special occasions. I would give them a 0 star if I could. Worst customer service ever. Save your $100 for something more nicer than fruits and chocolate.

Such a great experience. Excellent customer service. I live in Lawton, Oklahoma. However, I was placing a order for my girlfriend who lives in Edmond online. I accidently input the wrong address which cause them to go to the wrong location. Dena the delivery driver contacted me we got the issue resolved and it was delivered to the correct address in a timely manner. Thank you for your professionalism and excellent customer service.

Tried to place an order at this store location but did not get an answer. I called 3 times throughout the day I received the same result. Drove to the store hours before the store was listed to close but the door was locked. Not sure what's going on with this store location.

Never use this place. No one ever answers or gets back. I called for three days with no answer. I finally had to get a refund from corporate.

Wish I could give them a negative star.I've been calling multiple time at the Edmond, OK location and no answer. No lie, I called about 15 times or more within 2-3 hrs. Sounds crazy but its so annoying that a store doesn't answer during operation hours. I mean how busy can you be to not answer the phone or do they not have enough employees to answer phone calls or a voicemail?? I've been calling to ask few questions and to cancel my order I placed online to delivered. At this point I am upset/annoyed and just want to cancel my order! I tried canceling my order online, but it states I need to contact the store. How am I suppose do that, if the store don't answer??!! I started to read google reviews, apparently I am not the only person who have had this same issue with them. This is so inconvenient and unprofessional!! I DO NOT recommend them at all what so ever!!After calling the 1800 number provided when I made a claim, they finally answered and was able to cancel my order. After 3 hrs. calling them, UGH!

Terrible customer assistance. I placed an order online, I called the next day right after they opened and asked if I could change an order I had placed the night before. I was told their system needed to be rebooted to call back in an hr. I called an hr later, I was place on hold for ten minutes. I hung up and called again only to be told they had already prepared my order. Very disappointed because they could have handled my initial call more efficiently and maybe then they could have been able to change my order.
