I cannot begin to thank Dr. Howell and his staff enough. I was in pretty rough condition due to another dental office. The patience the doctor had, was unequivocal. He tried his absolute best to fix what had been done and took his time ensuring I was comfortable. I have NEVER received such amazing care before- especially from a dental office. He was personable, patient, and kind. His staff was also phenomenal. The dental assistant was there to quite literally hold my hand every attempt we made to numb me. Multiple of his staff members- were consistently checking on me and my pain level. I couldn’t have asked for better care. The knowledge and expertise he has, showed in that appointment. 10/10 recommend.

We have been going to Dr. Howell and his team for 3 years now and have always had the best experience. Dr. Howell just took care of my newborns tongue tie and did a great job. He explained the procedure to me and what would happen. Allowed me to hold him during the whole procedure and was done very quickly and you could see immediate results with very little bleeding. They are awesome with my 3 year old and never pushy. They work off how he is feeling that day and how much he will allow them to do. I would never hesitate to recommend him and his staff for any dental procedures.

I would give ZERO Stars if possible! They did not file insurance paperwork correctly for payment and have not assisted in filing an appeal with my insurance and now have sent me to collections!

Billing office did not file correct paperwork for payment from the insurance company and was not helpful with filing an appeal for payment. They have now turned me into collections.

I didn't want to go to the dentist.I used to be really good about it, going every 6 months, doin' the thing, feeling good after every cleaning. Then COVID hit and I got off my routine and here I am 3 years later embarrassed but had to overcome it and get back in. So I chose Eagle Dental. I like the name.First impression - when I walked in, it was a typical waiting room but the music was awesome. 90's rock music. I was listening to Purple Rain. The music stayed perfectly 90s and I enjoyed it so much.My appt. was scheduled for 12:00PM. I was escorted to my chair and I looked at my watch. 12:00PM on the dot. Not common for dental offices!I was expecting my hygienist was going to really want to punish me for waiting so long to come to the dentist. I was expecting her to saw between my teeth with a sharp strand of floss, forcing me to bleed and then heckling me all the while, saying "look your gums are bleeding! That's what happens when you don't come to the dentist"!But that never happened. Instead she gently did her little thing, made great one way conversation (I couldn't talk but I enjoyed it), polished me up went over my x-rays with Dr. Howell. Dr. Howell was a nice guy, also didn't try to embarrass me, but made me feel totally comfortable.In and out, no humiliation. And great music. What else could you ask for as a patient?

Dr. Howell is a very competent and trustworthy dentist. His hygienists and staff are top notch. We have moved to a new state and hope we can find another dentist who is similar.

Dr. Howell and all of his staff are so caring and friendly, and they have done an excellent job at taking care of my teeth and making me feel very comfortable. Their office is clean and cozy and they just seem like one big family and treat their patients as such!

My family loves Dr. Howell. His whole staff is amazing and so helpful. Scheduling is so easy. He's always conservative with his treatment recommendations, so I know if he's telling us something has to happen, I trust him. Highly recommend!
