The woman working the drive thru was very rude and impatient over the speaker and then when I got to the window she didn't say a word to me. There was also a younger guy working and he was rude as well. He started handing out drinks without saying anything and I asked "which drink is this?" About the first one he handed me. Without saying anything, he turned the cup so that the sticker was facing me. He then handed me the rest of my drinks and closed the window, once again without saying a word. Not even bye?

4 out of 10 as this place is the olny Dunkin in Oklahoma City with higher and different pricing , Also the wait time is extremely long to only have the coffee taste different as they don’t follow the same Dunking process , Plus since this location opened they are lacking help : Why so Different?

I walked in this morning and it smelled so bad I wanted to turn around and leave. If it were not for me picking up breakfast for my boss.It smelled like old mats and coffee. And if that wasn’t bad enough..someone coughed this disgusting hack.

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. I grew up not far from the founding location in boston, and dunkins was a way of life. I have lived in Oklahoma since August, and in 2 visits, I have waited a combined 1 hour waiting for food and drinks. 2 bacon egg and cheese bagels, 3 drinks, and 2 hash browns. Watched dozens of vehicles pass through in the time I have waited. And when I have gone to the window to inquire about my long wait, I never even get as much as a sorry or an explanation. Dunkin donuts founding members would be disappointed in the lack of care these employees have. I do not know if this goes. I got all the locations on OKC, but if I were anyone reading reviews to see if this location is worth it, I promise you it is not.

usually have a great experience, but the elderly woman with shorter hair who was at the window today (jan. 13 around 12) was very rude and scoffed/ rolled her eyes while shutting the window harshly when i asked for the topping i originally asked for at the speaker. she was just not friendly, and took away from the great people i usually meet here :/.

Absolutely Rude!!!! Donuts were old not fresh at all. I'll never go back. Daylight has wayyy better and fresher donuts??

they forgot my drink then when i got it the matcha was not mixed in AT ALL, the lady was very rude and was speaking to me like i was dumb. i called to speak to a manager and she also gave me a attitude, i simply hung up and will not be going there again.

Very very rude. I just now left and ordered an iced machiato and THEY made an iced matcha instead. She didn't fix the price on my receipt and this that she remade is still incorrect. Waste of $6. Very

I tried this place out twice and thought maybe the second time things would change. The only thing that changed was the workers and how nice they were. The first time I went the lady was very rude and acted like I was an inconvenience. I ordered Matcha both times and it was not mixed AT ALL. to the point where the powder was still dry on top! I thought I would give it another chance and this time the workers were nice but the matcha drink was still made the same with powder everywhere in it. It was not tasteful. I think they need to train the workers better on how to make things.

Sandwhich was good and the service was as well but the last few times I've ordered my cold brew this is it before I take a sip. I know the tap can be difficult but maybe properly show new people how to use it when training them.
