Our dog Luna loves this place! She gets so excited when we drive in and is happy to see all the care givers. We use Dogtopia for Daycare and have been very satisfied with the staff. Luna always comes home active and happy. Everyone I have come in contact with are amazing to work with. Great Place, Great Staff.

Everyone was friendly and great showing us around on a tour. Loved that we could check on Jalen via the webcam. He looked liked he was having fun and enjoyed the report card at the end of the day. Highly recommend

Kai (my Westie) loves dogtopia! He is always so happy to greet the coaches. I love that I can watch him on the app anytime. I have had no issues there. He always comes home happy and sleeps well after a full day of being with his friends. I love that they board dogs and he can play during the day instead of being kept in a crate all day at the vet. He is well socialized.

We tried this place out due to the good reviews and reasonable prices. We went through the first two days of daycare for the new pet orientation with zero issues, and in fact thought things were great! Nice staff, clean facilities, and live webcam access. However, last weekend, we dropped off our dog for his last orientation day and I went to run some errands. I checked the cams to see how my little guy was doing only to see ONE canine coach in a room full of nearly 20 dogs, big and small, and my dog being mounted repeatedly by multiple dogs over the course of only a few minutes, with the coach doing nothing. Of course, I am uncomfortable with this so I call and ask that they alert the coach to be more mindful of that behavior; the nice lady on the phone assures me that they’ll handle it. Minutes later, there was absolutely no change, and I decided to pick him up.The receptionist was apologetic and assures me that the coach was new, they will put in their notes to be more watchful, and to put MY dog in the kennel when HE is being targeted next time. So they would punish my dog with isolation after he has been mistreated under their care. She asks that I give them another chance on a weekend that wasn’t so busy. No refunds, no discounts, nothing to incentivize me to “just give them a chance” except for empty, and nonsensical promises, not that it would change my mind anyway.A bit later, I was snuggling my fur baby only to see massive cuts and scratches all along his belly and haunches. So I called the daycare once again to ask them to check the footage and see if my dog was attacked. She called me back a while later to say there was no attack, but one of the dogs that mounted him several times had very sharp nails that day, and that’s probably where the cuts were from. Once again she promises that they’ll do better next time, and they look forward to seeing my dog next week.I’m honestly but sure what possessed them to take on so many dogs that day that they could not handle. I am sure this would have never happened if it weren’t for the fact it was so busy. They are clearly not trustworthy enough to turn away clients, or at least inform them, when there is a possibility of care that is less attentive than should be necessary.I wanted to like this place, I really did. But I can’t trust them anymore.

Allot of chit chat and not allot of dog watching. Watched my dog get pounced on by the same dog all day while they did little to stop it. Yes, I did call and complain but the issue did not get resolved. I understand dogs are dogs and they will play around, but a reoccurring issue by the same dog should be addressed especially since I mentioned my dog has a torn ligament and can’t have dogs jumping on him all day. My dog was actively trying to get away but he was totally on his own with little help from the canine coaches. Once or twice is one thing but every time I checked the cameras my dog was getting crushed and nothing was being done to remedy the situation. On another note, the camera angles are horrible and provide lots of hiding places for the small dogs especially. The cameras for the big dogs are not bad at all.

I've spent the last few months debating on what I wanted to say or rate this company. I will give my opinion from both an previous employee and someone who took there dogs here for daycare. From a daycare stand point- this place is great, you have staff that truly care for the well being of th dogs in their care. The employee get more canine training than any other doggy daycare you will come across. The staff is trained in first aid and dog body language as well as other things. The staff is very informed. And in most cases id trust my dog in their care. From an employee standpoint - I do not suggest working here. The owner often lashes out and goes over his staffs head when they are following policies to please a customer- effectively making you look like an idiot to the customer. Mike the owner has moments where he is compassionate and understanding and others where he simply does not care about you or your well being.I worked for him for nearly four years, half of that as his stores assistant manager. I was fired over text message. I apparently didn't deserve at the least a phone call. I was very hurt by how I was treated after I viewed the staff their as my family. I advocated for all the employees there but was not met with the same energy when it came down to it. I defended the owner when his employees spoke poorly of him as I respected him and loved being a part of the company.I may have messed up, but we'd given others second chances for much worse so my dismissal felt cruel and cold.At the end of the day if you're looking for a good daycare this is a good place to go, but if you're looking for a job,Approach with caution.

Caring staff. When I view my dog on the web cams, the staff usually is interacting with all the dogs. We have taken Elly there for 3 years now and have not considered any place else.

My little guy, Maddux, just loves Dogtopia! He loves all the workers, and playing with his friends, and the great treats! And I love all the fun pics.

I had a few good daycare visits here with my 2 dogs. My last day I watched on camera a woman drag my 9lb dog around the room by a slip leash, pulling at his neck...she did this because he was playing hard with another small dog. Before I could pick my dogs up to talk to them about this, I got a call that another worker stepped on my senior dog's foot so hard it bled and I had to take him to the vet. They wanted to give me credit for the vet bill to come back for more daycare. They ended up charging me for a daycare visit for each dog that day, and credited my card back for the difference of the vet bill. I will never be back and recommend nobody else use them.

We were super impressed with Dogtopia of Edmond, until it came to the boarding appointment. Their orientation is thorough, and the 2 daycare appointments went very well. We were out of town for 5 nights, and my 8 year old doodle seemed to have a very rough time. Every time I checked the webcams, she was pacing and CONSTANTLY barking at the door or the coach. She is usually my lazy, quiet one. I called to ask about her anxious behavior. They assured me the canine coach would take care of it. Yet, when I checked in, I never saw the coach doing anything to help her calm down. I called again to ask if they would remove her from the busy room, and they did for maybe 5 minutes…This was very stressful for me as a dog owner. I thought I was leaving my pets in the care of the best, but only received minimal help to ensure my pups were content. I requested them be bathed before pick up (they do not have a groomer). When I picked them up this morning you could tell they had been bathed, but not brushed out and dried! If you have a doodled you know how terrible this is!!! They were so matted I had to spend 30 minutes brushing them out. Also, they smelled terrible! My 8 y.o. is very hoarse and looks like she lost a few pounds during her stay… Needless to say, we will not be staying here again if we can avoid it. The quality of care and the lack of communication during their stay was very disappointing compared to the facade they put on during orientation.

In 11 years this is by far the worst grooming I have ever paid $55.00 for. Disgusting, I could have shaved her better blindfolded. Now, I have to take her someplace to attempt to fix this mess. No nails cut just horrific. The beauty school rejects of groomers. Do not take your dog here for grooming!
