Exactly what I want from an appliance shopping experience. Mike was knowledgable and laid back only assisting with any questions or help I needed. He was not pushy at all and very courteous. Will definitely return for future appliance purchases.

Best place ever! I personally know the owners and they bring Joy to my life. I had my dishwasher not work after 5 years of use. The owner David personally went to my house that was 3 HOURS away and fixed it. The owner's wife came to the house to and made use mashed potatoes (it was close to thanksgiving). All the workers are the best people and so helpful. All those bad reviews are not true, and I know because I buy all my appliances from there and I have never had any grief with them. In one word: Amazing!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! My girlfriend and I bought a high end washer and dryer over 3k that she was excited about for years. They do not have a “return policy” and offer very little guidance on anything. They came to deliver and told us that we needed a plumber to come out and remove a hose. We were able to do it just fine very quickly. The guy who installed them was rude and very condescending towards my girlfriend. Also we bought these because they had a rebate and we never got the paperwork from them. We called to ask them for a refund and they said they don’t do that. Not sure how a company that sells appliances does not have a return policy. Very disappointing and unfortunate. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!

I have bought a set of washer and dryer, a stove and a refrigerator from David's Appliance and am thrilled with all of my purchases. This mom and pop store has the most sincere people working there. I have used the easy financing on all of the purchases. they use Ivantage and I can't tell you how nice these people are. If you aren't happy, you went to the wrong place.

Absolutely the worst appliance, came with a terrible scratch and doesn't work appropriately. They loaded this POS appliance up in the back of my pickup and didn't tie it down correctly, I had to pull over and do their job for them on the road. What a nightmare of an experience.Reply: Sorry, you're not telling the truth. My name is redacted and yes the Edmond store Did tie down my appliance. Your appliance was a Maytag and 3 months in I am already calling for a repair. My 'bad experience' is not on me, it's on your unprofessionalism & the junk you pass off onto your customers....Never buy a Maytag, they are worthless.

Sold us a used washer and dryer that did not work properly when it was delivered. Came by multiple times, never addressed the issue. They just led us along until their "warranty" ran out. Very shady and not friendly.

I had a great experience today purchasing a new electric dryer. These folks are very helpful and flexible. I picked out a dryer Monday and they were nice enough to hold it for me until today! Purchased and installed in less than an hour!! Thankful I didn't have to wait a week or longer, since all the local big guys are out of stock. Happy lady here!!!

There is absolutely nothing wrong with David’s appliances. The man is very nice and obviously done business in Edmond for time. However, it appears that for whatever reason he has become involved with some less than forthcoming characters. Innovative financing. Which should really say “ shady rent to own trickstest”. Our refrigerator gave out shortly after moving. I saw David’s appliances on a list of EPS sponsors. So it seemed like a good idea. We applied for financing online, it was approved and my husband proceeded to pick one out and sign contracts etc. Fast forward 15 months. Covid hits, husband is furloughed and fridge payment is late. The man from the “ finance company” calls and wants the refrigerator back because “ it’s leased not financed”. Threatens legal action and he even had the nerve to laugh at some point in the conversation. Bottom line... if you can’t pay cash don’t go here. No offense to the elderly gentleman who owns it.

I hear its been around for years and ran by a great man (David). I bought a heating element for our oven almost a year ago and it didn't fit......fast forward to present went back to David's appliance to hopefully get a refund or get something that will work. I was skeptical that I will be able to get a refund or a exchange because I didn't have the receipt. Well I was never asked for a receipt and received great service and a exchange. Thank you David for great service and good values.
