Jeff is the main reason I shop this CVS. He’s pharmacy is a class act when it comes to service, I’ve always appreciated his patients and willingness to take care of our needs. ????

I asked for Sudafed for my wife's allergies. A woman pulled a box, asked if there was anything else, then rung up my purchase and I subsequently paid for the meds. When I got home, I got my butt chewed because, it was not Sudafed, instead they substituted the CVS brand for Sudafed pseudophedrine hydrochloride. I took the meds back within 10 minutes of purchase. I informed them it was not Sudaphed as per my request and asked them to remedy the problem. They declined saying the box could have been tampered with no refund or exchange. The meds were in the same condition I received them, but to no avail. I then went to Walmart to purchase SUDAFED but was declined as I had recently purchased pseudophedrine hydrochloride, per the national drug database. Now I'm in the federal system for trying to to make sequential purchases of a controlled substance. We are recent transplants from Orange County California. Businesses take pride in their customer service. Customer service is paramount as competition is stiff. To be told that I cannot exchange medication because I failed to open the bag after purchase and verify that the pharmacist tech did her job, and subsequently refused to remedy the issue upon my return because the meds could have been tampered with? Maybe you shouldn't trust a pharmacy who follows the business model of having a pharmacy on every corner, following the business model of gas stations with a pharmacy on every corner...

Honestly, when you've been inside one CVS you've been inside of them all. We specifically get our allergy meds through my wife's insurance here. Not sure why exactly but we do. I'd say it's rather clean, the store is well organized, customer service is friendly, and we can get out of CVS without spending too much time. Getting to the store can be tricky going northbound on Sante Fe as unless you turn left at the light on Danforth you'll have to go past CVS and loop around. More of a hinderance than anything.
