Went to pick up my prescription. They never filled it because they needed additional information. They didn't communicate this to me and gave me a blank stare while explaining this to me. Horrible customer service.

Worst pharmacy in the metro. Staff is not competent. $90 rx at this CVS was transferred to another local pharmacy and paid $3. Staff either does not want to figure out insurance or isn't competent enough to process correctly. Everytime I go to this pharmacy I end up in an argument with the staff. Take your business anywhere else.

This is my second time posting this review as the first one was taken down. I guess they didn't like me calling them out. I sent here in January of 2023 and was getting a new RX for my wife. I had new paperwork given to me by my doctor to expedite the process. I was waiting on the tech to run the new method when the Pharmacist who was working across from her looked up and saw that there were now 2 people behind me and said to the tech. Just tell him it's not authorized, there are other people waiting. The tech did as she was told and I was told I i couldn't get it. I left and come to find out they called my wife and said they were able to run it. This is poor customer service when you're not willing to take care of the person in the moment just because there are 2 people in line. Seems the Pharmacist is more worried about how many people they serve then getting proper care for the individual.

Night and Day Difference with Pharmacy Staff. I think may depend on the person at location and if having a bad day. Never had a bad experience here or within the store for 3 years now.

Told my wife she didn’t have prescription coverage and kicked her out saying she was causing a scene. All just to find out that my wife did have the stated coverage. Before she found out she was covered and they were just not properly trained. They tried to pressure her into paying full price. And were just down right rude and non helpful.

So this place isn't too far from where I live and it's very convenient. I've honestly never had a problem finding something here, plus they have really good savings that add up quick. Only downside to this place is that if you do get a receipt, you end up with it being long enough to use as a jump rope. All in all love it

I am NEVER someone to leave bad reviews bc of what it does to businesses but omg after months and months something has to be done. The woman working at the pharmacy with the accent (not trying to be prejudice but she’s the only one there with a heavy accent) is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. The first few times it happened, I let it go and eventually just changed locations because of how she handled me. Well today I had to use this location. When I called I waited over 10 minutes for someone to pick up. When she answered she interrupted every sentence then finally when I was able to explain myself she responded by saying she’s not open yet and will need to place me on hold, I said okay and she said bye and hung up on me. I have no idea why she said that because I called at 12:30 pm, they were open. Every time I’ve called this location and spoken to her she acts as if I’m putting her off, she interrupts me nonstop, and this is NOT the first time she hung up in my face without helping me. She is seriously the rudest pharmacy staff I’ve ever dealt with. It makes my chest hurt bc it is so difficult just to get the medication I need to live a normal life & then to be treated that way feels awful. You have a responsibility when you sign up to be in the healthcare field and that’s to make people feel better, Not worse about their situation.

Be careful the prescription is made in India. We had some antibiotics for my 8 mos old. We are surprised they were made in India. I threw away the eyedrop from there. I do not want be be blind.

This one seems very sketchy. We had a bit of a run around with the pharmacies (walgreens vs CVS) and it ended to be filled at CVS but then they received the cancelation and couldnt release the meds, fine. Then Walgreens said CVS already charged the insurance, so they couldnt fill it. Called CVS and they had NO record on the meds. i called my insurance, and they called CVS and suddenly again no records. AFTER our insurance called over there, suddenly it was released... interesting

Where are the staff? No one at cash register. Prices are high. Lots of office supplies not in stock. Not sure if I will return.
