Showed up to pick up my antibiotics at 2:05, after calling beforehand to ensure pharmacy was open on Memorial Day. Pharmacist let me stand there about 5 minutes before rudely yelling “we’re closed.” Wont be returning here, ever.

Brook is amazing!! She was so helpful and kind to both me and the lady in front of me in line. Very positive attitude! Lady in front of me said she was leaving a review and I decided too as well.

Cancels rescue inhaler prescription refills without contacting you whatsoever. 👍 You can't even call without being sent to voicemail immediately by their snarky little robot.

This 3200 S.Santa Fe AveEdmond 73013 pharmacy team is so much superior in efficiency and knowledge compared to their competitor.I was forced to move to another pharmacy because it was my insurance preferred pharmacy.Thank youKojach pharmacistHeemaPriyaCathyAnd other staff too.

Emmiet who was working the night I stopped by made my whole week and year. He engaged me in a conversation and I found myself in a better mood. Since I've been there I've shared my story of meeting him with many people. I wish there were more people like him in the world. He's a fantastic person and an asset to his community and his employers, radiating positivity despite working 2 jobs. Thank you for hiring him!!

I cannot stand the constant rattle from the app talking over and over about Covid flu shots availability.I spent at 4 minutes waiting for someone to pick up before I hung up. The information the app gave me I didn’t need and I didn’t want. I would’ve preferred music or nothing. Worst answering I’ve ever had to deal with. If information Hass to be given, please make it just one time.to say anything please just one time.!!!

I have been using this place to fill my prescriptions for about the last 6 years. They seem to be the standard corporate drug store that sells not only prescription and over the counter drugs but also food, greeting cards, etc. Recently I switched over to using a dedicated pharmacy (a local compounding pharmacy) and have found the service there much better. I probably will not use CVS much more; though there is nothing "bad" about them. I have had prescriptions filled there and also got my flu and shingle shots there. But, they are just not quite up to the quality of a dedicated pharmacy. I rate this CVS store far from outstanding but still "adequate".

At 5:55 the closing manager told me they closed “in one minute”I have never felt so unwelcome. They also closed in 5 minutes. And I was only Coming in to pickup my photos they were printed.Someone needs to have a chat with their leadership About customer service.

Worst CVS pharmacy of them all!!! They are so very rude!! Took over 30 mins to answer the phone then she hung up on me mid sentence.They are slow and incompetent. They would rather let a patient sit there in pain, bleeding from dental surgery than expedite the scripts to get me out of here and home. I will nvr use this location again. They really don't care at all about the patients that come in here. There is no compassion, no respect at all from the pharmacy.DONT GO HERE IF YOU DON'T HAVE TOO!!!!

I stood at the pharmacy counter for quite some time as two people passed by me, and they were all talking about Coke, Pepsi, and something else having a weird aftertaste, and berries, and how something reminded them of baby food all mashed together. As I said EXCUSE ME to one of them while she was standing almost directly in front of me, I was ignored, and the other was reluctant to assist. I will not visit this particular store again.
