so now we can not even take to a live person we have to wait till they have time to call back i called my RX in two days ago and it say still working on it now i can't even talk to anyone to find out why with out driving up there all it will do is let you leave a message.

I would give the pharmacy less than one star. Rude cashier, didn't want to get me. Wouldn't call for others to help. Considering the time of year, please remove the Grinch from your pharmacy!!! Unbelievably horrible service

There are nice wide aisles. The clerks are very helpful. Would go back. Have a good selection of products.

Purchased a $100 visa gift card from them for a friends birthday on December 5th at 3:49pm. The person tried to use it the next day and it was already used. Now CVS is saying it’s not their problem, even though they charge a $7 fee to activate said card. They’re putting it on visa and saying to call them. But the Visa card is in tact and couldn’t be used until it was activated. Do not purchase gift cards from this store. There’s some sort of scam going on and Chloe the manager doesn’t seem to care.

Most condescending “professional” in a medical role - the old blonde pharmacist - named Sheri or Sara or whatever, is absolutely horrible. I can see why all of the reviews point to avoid this place.

Can you can definitely tell that they have new pharmacist in there. Very lazy and wouldn’t help me through the drive-through. Not sure why they even have that service. If they’re not gonna do their job it’s hard when you have young kids that you don’t want to take him to the store.

I called 3 times and was accused of being rude when THE WOMEN WORKING THERE were extremely hateful and rude...completely gaslighting me and acted like I was rude to them. Our child's medication is extremely hard to find. This pharmacy has a horrible rating for a reason. I couldn't understand why...but now I do! They are not compassionate but totally condescending if when I was practically begging in tears for the smallest act of kindness! Take your business elsewhere because this place doesn't care!!!!

They are the worst! I have to contact them to refill my prescriptions and then it takes days to get them refilled. I usually have to go into the store and wait for them to be filled. Last time I was in there, they said that they were 4 days behind. How does a pharmacy get 4 days behind?! I'm in the process of changing pharmacies.

I have been a patron of CVS for a many years. In all that time I've never taken advantage of their reward program, until today, thanks to Krista and her patience, I am now a reward patron. Her customer skills and personable ability is fantastic. I actually got $10 off my purchases today, now that was great!

The store seems well kept, clean, and stocked. The cashiers are friendly but it seems like there is almost never one at the counter.
