Do not use this pharmacy for you prescriptions. Had mine filled and they left one off without informing me. I was having surgery so I needed to have this drug. After surgery I did not have the prescription so called and the lady said they were out of stock but would check. Then she hung up. I called back and she said they were busy and she would let me know and hung up again. Do not trust them. Go to another pharmacy.

Service was alright during a prior order. However, we had a bad experience with employee John C. Jr. Our order had been cancelled. He told us rudely that we had received advance notice from another employee regarding our order cancellation and that he would not help us with the refund process. The notice itself and cancellation was not a big deal, since it was out of his control. However, his attitude and arrogance with the situation was what caused us to be very disappointed. He refused to assist us with the refund process and made it seem as if the store is not responsible for us losing $50. Additionally, he proceeded to argue with us and speak with a demeaning tone, which is not acceptable. This experience is probably not reflective of another customer’s experience. However, from our purchase and experience, we were truly disappointed with the inappropriate behavior from the staff.

Terribly ran store. Took over 8 hours to fill a prescription that is prepackaged. It's a blister pack antibiotic. Kept telling me to come back in 30 Minutes. Unacceptable. Finally transferred to another store.

This review is strictly for the pharmacist James Kirk. Today I went to get my covid vaccine and James Kirk the pharmacist made me explain to him why I need to get it. He loudly asked me to discuss my medical history and medications in front at least 4 customers who were close around the pharmacy area. James and I were standing at the medication drop off and vaccine window near the middle of the pharmacy. One lady was probably 8 feet away, sitting after having gotten her vaccine, one lady standing to the left of the pharmacy waiting for her prescriptions, a young couple checking out the minute clinic, walking towards where we were standing and the 3 pharmacy employees in the back. Pretty sure that's a violation of my HIPAA rights. Then he proceeded to lecture me about who the vaccine is for. Ummm, it's for me. I looked it up on the CDC website and they say I'm eligible for this vaccine. I answered the questions on the CVS website and it says I'm approved for this vaccine. So congratulations, Mr. James Kirk, you humiliated me and made me feel chastised and stupid. The real medical reason for why I need the vaccine is hard enough to live with, without some power-tripping man giving me attitude and treating me like I'm trying to steal someone else's vaccine. To top all of that off, after giving me my vaccine, he told me to wait 5 minutes before leaving. I waited 10 and since he obviously wasn't checking back on me, I left. A pharmacist is supposed to be a member of your health care team. They are supposed to be compassionate and keep your medical info private. Please refrain this guy on HIPAA laws. Do better James.
