I just switched to this pharmacy due to a change in my insurance. 3 weeks ago I went into the pharmacy and requested refills on two prescriptions. Those refills have not been completed. Terrible customer service. Sent my husband over to get a couple of flu tests and some other items. No one would help him out. Cashier wouldn't actually check him out so he was forced to use the self checkout which literally stole $20 from us - but no one was there to actually assist with getting this returned. Actually would give zero stars as pharmacist was very rude and had poor English. When I told her I could not understand her and to please repeat she hung up - very rude!!! I will never go to this pharmacy.
