Usually like shopping here weekly and they have great “advertised” sale prices on certain items. However, I would highly recommend watching the price that rings up at the register as it is often wrong especially for sale items. I find 1-2 items/wk that ring up wrong. They usually have me go to customer service and fix them, when I catch it. Unfortunately they do not seem very motivated to fix the price in their system for everyone else??. When I talk to management about this they say “ya we hear that problem a lot”. I have tried leaving comments for their management online and I have spoken with customer service and “operations”. They all pretty much say the same thing. This is a chronic corporate issue not a store-specific one.

I called for a specific item. The Lady that answered said they had it. And I asked are you sure. She said yes. Drove there, and they didn't have it. So frustrating especially when you call ahead of time?

Hot bar food is great. But it takes waaaaay to long to be served. Line of only 4 people. Still no service for 20 minutes had to leave. Need more staff for lunch hours

This is the best grocery store I have ever been to. I have been to a lot in my 69 years. Sure wish we had one in SC!

Get my cart ready, keep it in a corner and go to rest room, come back and some one take my cart away. Need to go shopping one more time, waste my time.

Store was clean, shelves were stocked, and staff was helpful and friendly. My only issue is that I bought food from the deli, the clerk checked me out, took cash, made change, and kept gloves on. ?

24 Hour Grocery Store! If nothing else that would be worth my business, but the prices are excellent and the selection is pretty good. In a world where every business is trying to make you work for them to spend your money with self checkouts, Crest has cashiers and baggers on staff. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

The Best grocery stores in OKC area, this store has a huge variety of everything very fresh and priced better then most other grocery stores. There is lots of parking and many check out lanes.

Cheaper prices on websites and higher prices in store,misleading the customers, went to talk to customer service, they were rude , just opened the new crest on sooner road in Edmond, not going to this store again, please check the prices on cash register

No employee training! The checkout woman had to call a manager three times to conclude what I do every time I self check out at the Guthrie Walmart. I had a FREE Dr Pepper and a box of FREE crackers that I waited 19 minutes (next in line) to be checked out. The clerk had to call a manager to check out my FREE order. It wasn't unheard of because there were thousands of Dr Pepper and crackers in the aisles. Apparently there was no training, A bad day of fishing is better than a good day of work. -Unknown it showed. Plus there were only two urinals in the front of the store for hundreds of shoppers. Sad. I realize this was grand opening, day one, all the more reason to TRAIN THE EMPLOYEES. THIS IS MY OPINION.

Self check out lanes here are strongly enforced. I can appreciate this, but when I only have 22 items of the max 25… The Crest lady tonight hounded my butt to make sure I knew it was only 25 items and wanted to know if someone told me. I HAD 22 ITEMS!!! Otherwise, Crest is an awesome place to shop. Pre cut fruit is hands down the best of all places.

Simply can't beat the prices on a regular basis. We stop here for all the basic non-perishable items, but we never buy the meats or produce. Over the last 25 years, pretty much any produce or meat we would buy there would be bad within days if not the next day. Have always had good customer service by anyone I've ever had any dealings with.

I was at self check out with 4 items left to check out when I was told by Brock that I could not check out due to his assumption that I had more than 25 items. I have zero issues with rules however when you're enforcing said rules based on your inaccurate counting of items AND you decide to enforce the "rule" when I'm literally at the end of my checking out -- that's your odd attempt at flexing your "power" (and unnecessarily so). When you do illogical things like Brock it comes across as discriminatory and profiling. Instead of suspending a transaction to wait in line when I again literally had four items left, I decided against patronizing this business. Brock --who is obviously as bright as a oil -- decided to be petty and screamed as I left.There was a young girl at the front who then advise me that she could not give me the name of the GM and advised I would need to get that information from Brock the same rude man who initiated a confrontation with me over his simpleton assumption and/or lack of being able to count. I don't blame children for their lack of sense as it's often not their fault at that young age and it's likely due to her parents or guardians not instilling logic or good sense so I'll refrain from talking poorly about the young lady. It's easy to see why her suggestion was unwise.I tried calling to get the name of the General Manager and some lady with a heavy scent told me it would be on my receipt before hanging up the phone in my face. I would love to identify her other than how she speaks however she hung up in my face so I have no clue who she was other than her heavy accent. I called back and got a horrible attitude from overseer Rhonda before finally speaking with "Tim" who more or less pacified me to get me off the phone. After 15+ years of shopping this location (I even worked there as a teenager)... this was a horrible experience. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about how much of a hell-hole this place has become.

Randomly change their policies. This time they added a new system to the tax exemption process so it's not like literally every store where you show the cashier the card, nah I got to look like an idiot/con artist because I didn't know I had to go through a whole progress to get a store specific version of the exact same tax exemption card just to buy groceries for my veteren father. Actually anti-consumer with a big paint job of convinence.
