The best customer service, I ever have. I love our bank. Even though our most difficult and joyus times the ladies and gentlemen are amazing. We bank at the edmond location off I-35.

Would be better if it stopped closing down so much, plus I keep getting service fees because I can’t go up there and deposit my check because they are closed. If this continues I will switch to another bank.

Literally the worst banks ever! Do not bank here! Been here for years and they treat you so bad. Also you can see them moving your money around over night and changing the amount in your account. Just watch. Log in every hour and see.

Quick, efficient service with a close to home feel is what I get from this location. I've been using this location for a few years now because they all knew my name nearly instantly, and while they are quick to get you taken care of, it's like the conversation from the previous week picks up where it left off. That is to say, it feels like family. I was sad when Sandy left, but she is back now, and again, still knew and recognized me. She's definitely one of the best if you need anything. Great bank, and definitely my go to location.
