Terrible customer service. They let me know they couldn't care less about repairing my equipment. As if they wasn't bad enough, it wasn't done correctly. I would NOT recommend Circle Saw. I would give it 0 stars if offered.

This is the only place I've gone to for equipment, parts, small engine repair ... since 1998!

I was very unhappy with my experience at CircleSaw Shop. I dropped off a STILH chainsaw for service in September 2022 and saw that the shop tried to call me on November 19, 2022. When I went by on November 22, 2022, to pick up the saw, it wasn't there. I discovered that they had fixed my saw in September, but I only found out recently because the voice message was among my deleted messages. They sold the saw for $250, although I had paid a $50 deposit and it was originally worth $300. The work to tune up the saw cost them $39. Consequently, I asked if I could receive back the difference between what they sold the saw for and their expenses. The shop told me that since I didn't pick up my equipment in a timely fashion, they could do whatever they wanted with it. Leave your equipment for repairs at this establishment at your own risk. They won't notify you when it is fixed and ready to be picked up, so expect to call frequently to check on the status of your repair.

Leaf Blower was left July 6th and was told 7-10 days on repair. I indicated that I did not think unit was getting a spark. Before I left they indicated it was the carb. Finally received a call on the 29th to pick up the leaf blower that was not able to run. I had to pay $79 to get the item that they did not repair. I dropped by a shop on the way home to have them check if unit was getting current to the spark plug and they said no. I also verified several times by grounding out the plug to the chassis. To make a long story short....$22 Amazon coil and 30 min of my time and unit is running like new.

The owner drives the shop truck with all the decals marking The circle saw shop Absolutely unsafe and reckless. Honestly if this is how they treat their own stuff I wont be taking my things there to be worked on at that shop

My huskavarna commercial zero turn ran great, but was tricky to start. Seemed to have a short somewhere in the wiring. I brought it in for them to fix. These guys had my mower for about three weeks, then called me to come pick it up because they were stumped. I picked it up and they wanted to charge me over $200 for the “work they had done “. The “work” appears to be cutting random wires. The owner kept going on about how it’s not really a huskavarna (is there a big market for counterfeit used lawn equipment?). In short, not only did they not fix my mower, they actually made it worse and wanted me to pay them for that. Take your business somewhere else.

Jacob was the most helpful person. Actually encouraged me to do the minor work , and told me how to do it . Saved me $$$ labor. And told me if I couldn’t figure it out, that he would then help. The part was cheaper than the big shop. He was helpful and respectful. I absolutely recommend them

Great shop to do business with. Expert advice, plenty of parts on hand and very reasonable prices.

The mechanic I spoke with when I dropped off my chainsaw was really helpful with my questions and I would've given 5 stars if they had followed through with their "promise" to have my chainsaw sharpened by Friday lunch time

They are still just as rude as they were 5 years ago when I was there waiting 20 minutes for some help. I left and purchased all my equipment from another shop in town. At Circle again today August 25, 2021. I waited about 5 minutes, then went outside to the guy powerwashing to please find someone to help. If I hadn't asked, I wonder how long would it have been before someone manned the counter. Once the guy shows up and asks me what I need. i tell him it a part for a Husqvarna gth2654. I really dont need someone telling me the my lawn mower isn't a real mower and so on. Do you have the part or not? It's been cutting grass and pulling a D.R. power grader since 2005. It's been a great mower. I really dont need the commentary. I can honestly say, I have NOT been a positive experience in in anyway. I believe in giving everyone a second chance, there will not be a third. If you want people to shop locally then treat them with some sort of respect. By the looks of some of the other reviews this is nothing new.

I called for a simple update on a weedeater that I had dropped off a week ago and the man on the phone told me he has taken multiple calls in the hour asking for an update on a repair... as if I'm the one inconveniencing him. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and once I pick up my weedeater I will not be using this shop again. Learn how to talk to people. You're in the service industry.
