Wouldn't pay me the $500 bonus after I deposited the required amount and their employee setup the direct deposit wrong. Rip off. Don't trust them with your money.

Here on August 2, 2022, at 9:15a.....one teller, one atm working. No one works here. Been long time chase customer love em..... till now. Oh yeah peeps are here so their staff walking around.

This is the worst ever! I took my baby out for a quick errand trying to put my this month's paycheck from teaching in my account. After I put the cash in the ATM, it tells me to call a number to make sure my money is deposit. I checked my online banking, checked my bank statements, nothing showed up. I've been on the phone with the number they provided for over half an hour now, nobody answered. I even called 911 to report this, but their hands are tight on this situation too.
