Outside ATM constantly out of order. This has been going on for months and months. This is a BIG inconvenience plus force me to use competitors ATMs and paying fees to them and to Chase! I think after 20 years it’s time to switch to a different bank.

This place operates insanely slow. Every time I make a deposit there is some kind of clerical error. Staff is insanely rude when they provide service and rather argue than provide a quality service

Josh is not courteous at all and does not care about customer satisfaction. They promised to waive the fee for the temporary checks, and they lied to me. I don't recommend doing business with them.

Wait times to get to a teller can be long and usually there is only one. It's like we are invisible to the other people who work there. They need to do better with customer service.

I called and was able to set up an appointment the day of to set up a new account. I had a great and effortless experience with the help of Josh Knight. He's an amazing employee, and made a not so fun experience more enjoyable!

I hate to leave this but feel I must in hopes management sees and responds.I don’t know how banks prioritize their operations, but many times I’ve walked into the lobby at this location to wait for one teller to process most customers until the wait exceeds 10 minutes and several employees are seen doing things other than servicing customer needs, including at least two bankers sitting in their offices without customers or on the phone.Today I waited a good 15 minutes, second in line, while a single customer dominated the only teller open while 7 customers in the lobby stood and waited. Eventually one more window opened, and a young lady typing on her keyboard at the other window, sign up saying use other window, did so for a good 10 minutes until Rhonda assisted and opened a third window.Rhonda is always friendly, most others I’ve encountered friendly and helpful as well, but commitment to customer service is sadly lacking. If this was any other type of business, this inattentive nature would never fly.Are all bank lobbies this way?

Horrible way to run a business. They have failed to open up multiple trust accounts, operating accounts, and business accounts that I submitted over two weeks ago- based on one person not being at the office… who is not even a manager. Branch manager left early due to “weather” at 4:00pm and no solution was offered in terms of when the account would be open. They said to “sign” and open the account it would be 45 minutes plus… for a signature. Still no account open.
