Don't consider this bank k as an option. They at will hold and restrict your account giving you zero acceas to your money. I deposited a large check into my chase account and as expected there was a hold on releasing those funds. They also decided they would restrict my account and freeze my access to my own account. This impacts all auto withdrawal payments set up, all direct deposits, as they can not be processed.
When you call to get this corrected they have you one hold for an hour so they can call the institution that issued the check to ensure I did not try and deposit a fraudulent check. This could have been validated if the check did not clear, as the check was on hold regardless. There was absolutely NO reason to restrict me from my own account. COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS. Don't bank here if you have any other options.

Wouldn't pay me the $500 bonus after I deposited the required amount and their employee setup the direct deposit wrong. Rip off. Don't trust them with your money.

Check deposit has 15 day hold. Called and they told me nothing can be done. I'm a small business and we live paycheck to paycheck since we've only been going for two years and it's hard to keep running with a pinch like this

Do not go through drive through, if you r pulling any kind of trailer, any largetarge truck for that matter.We were pulling an UHaul trailer, thank goodness my husband was able to back it out on 3 tight corners.Hope they fix that soon.
