Terrible customer service. Mostly ignored when in the store and when checking out, so incredibly slow, especially if you happen to return something. Manager lets you know she is not happy about returns and tries to guilt trip customers. I understand the store gets dinged for returns but that is something to be dealt with at the corporate level, not put on the customer. The return policy states items can be returned to the store or online. Don’t guilt customers. What will make them want to shop in person if you act like that? Felt very disrespected. Cute clothes and reasonable prices but don’t go in person unless you like bad service and attitude towards the customer.

Clothes are cute and affordable. I'm sure they won't last long because the quality isn't really there. However, if you're looking for something trendy at an affordable price, for one season, this is the place. The customer service at this location is terrible. Very very slow check out and they berate you if you need to return an item. Makes for an uncomfortable and unpleasant shopping experience.

I love this store. 1st, the staff and owner/manager are so friendly. The are helpful if you need them. Just a great atmosphere.Then the close. They are awsome. I hate going in there because I spend so much money. The style the design are great. I have 4 new dresses and other things as well.Great StoreOh, I also sent my daughter a Birthday present from there and she has a store by her so now She is a shopper also.
