Best Casey's in OKC/ Edmond. I went in there to get cash. Chris was at the counter working the register. I walked in and asked where the ATM was. He pointed me to the ATM which had a $4.00 surcharge. He told me that if I only needed $20 he said I could get cash back at the register and it would be NO FEE!!! No one has ever offered that. He was friendly and way beyond helpful. Keep this kid around. It's hard to find good help like now a days.

This store is around the corner from my house honestly this store must have horrible management the employees are always complaining about how poorly they are being treated by her she doesn’t seem to treat them fairly it’s sad because the staff there is good and I’m sure they would work better if the team leader treated them a little better IB asked them why they don’t call district manager and let them know what’s going on but they have shared with me no Incidents that have happened in the past that they made district manager aware of but they don’t feel heard valued and feel that every time any of their team members have spoken on the issue they get fired shortly after I’ve been coming to this store since it was circle k they have always had the same issue but also they have always had the same old lady in charge maybe corporate should look in to it

This store is a joke to all Casey’s they never have anything prepared nothing in this store is consistent as it should be the fountain is always out and the slurpee machine is never prepared. The customer service isn’t good there’s an old woman who I believe is in charge she is the crabbiest person I’ve ever met!!! Please get better customer service representatives this is the closest store to my house I don’t want to dread coming in everytime

Casey's is great, all the way around. Good quality gas, good prices on all things in the store, even the pizza stands up to some of the pizza chains around town.

They never have any pizza on the racks. If they do it’s only 1 or 2 breakfast ones. They have 4 people working and none of them are at the register when I am wanting to check out. And they are rude as hell. I think I’ll go elsewhere from now on.

Caseys is an enabler of criminals that prey upon us customers. Gased up at 150th & Santa Fe once ($32) they charged $148. They take no responsibility and offer no apologies. They ripped me off for $116 and it's in their account. I have a POS system in my retail operation. There is NO WAY we end our day without balancing to the penny. From what i've read, just the ripoffs in North OKC would be in the 10s of thousands. I think it's an inside job, somebody at headquarters has to be messing with end-of-the-day excess cash balances. TELL ME THEY DON"T KNOW. I'll WAIT. We gotta do something about this outlaw business.

Be careful! Only use cash as Casey’s is known for stealing your CC info and them trying to blame your bank. Stole $150 from my daughters bank account. On top of all the rude employees. I had one employee tell me to hang on because he is on the phone. His personal cell phone. Let’s get Casey’s out of OK… they’re thieves that will not take responsibility for the horrible employees actions!

This location and store is very convenient because it is literally right around the corner from my home. It seems everytime I go in this store, the employees are complaining about the store manager. Idk what she is doing wrong, but if your employees aren't happy and the customers can hear the complaints of the store manager, then she seems like the problem. Corporate might want to look into that. I'm just saying, when you have a poor team leader, the employees become disgruntled, which causes them to have a bad day at work, which leads to unhappy customers. You want great customer service at this location, GET A BETTER TEAM LEADER! Oh, and please get more than one person working the cash register at night!! I see the frustration on their faces when they are trying to handle multiple things and I know the struggles of closing a store and all the duties that come with it!

Well I usually go to Casey’s daily as it is by my house, but so are on cue and 7/11. We choose too because we like Casey’s but went in this morning and Rude employee the whole time, every time my husband asked the younger African lady ( only employee there this morning running the register) at the register anything, she was annoyed and acted like everything was an inconvenience. My husband asked how to go about getting the breakfast pizza (she was rude about him needed to order it ), he put down some drinks to wait for pizza to be made and she passes by and was rude about him putting drinks down to wait on pizza to be made, he got a pumpkin latte and it was water, and he was just letting her know for future people coming in, not because he was upset about the drink. I don’t understand the service? I am not suppose to be rude to your employees but they can be rude to my family? The lady making the pizza was nice and asked my husband if the lady was helping him and my husband said, ya but I think the other lady is mad at me. How can you ask people to become Casey rewards members and try to bring them in your stores when a rude employee can push them out and make them want to go elsewhere. Product errors like a watered down drink happen, but a rude employee from the time you walk in the door to the time your leave is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I would have rather her not said a word instead of going out of her way to be rude. It was not busy at the time either.
