We’ve used Brian and his team as long as he’s been in business and have always been pleased. He’s serviced our personal vehicles as well as our company vehicles. From tires, service and customization we’ve never been dissatisfied. Highly recommended this A+ establishment.

Honest, trustworthy, integrity, all words that I would use to describe this wonderful automobile repair. I was referred by a friend who has gone here for over 20 years with all her car repairs.I went here for a second opinion on brakes- one shop- told me that I needed all new brakes and rotors on my car for a cost of nearly 1200$. Brian’s said I still have 30 percent left of wear on them. They said that even if I had needed them, their cost would be less than 800$! Free inspection.I can’t say enough good things about this business. They were super respectful, responsive and courteous. They will have my business for all my cars!

Brought my Honda to Brian Automotive Services to fix a brake problem. They found what’s wrong with it, let me know and replaced front brake rotors and pads after I agreed. By noon I had my car back! The charge was reasonable, Brian and Sean were friendly and professional. Thank you!

Brian and his staff are great to work with, they are honest people. I am very thankful I found Brian. The staff will go above and beyond, they also never try to over charge or over sell me on anything. A good honest mechanic is hard to find. I could not recommend anyone better. Thanks for a great job guys.

Tire flew out and fender popped out in the parking lot all because they couldn't change a stripped lug nut to swap wheel stubs. Terrible customer service, do not go here unless you'd like to give business to racists.

I actually get my oil changed on time because they make it so easy. Before now, i’ve always just put it off until it’s way past due. Now I can make an appointment and be in and out in 30 minutes. Plus their lobby is nice, you can definitely tell there’s a woman a part of this thing. Bathrooms are clean and waiting room is comfortable. Whole process is painless and the people are very kind and respectful.

Brian's has worked on my wife's car and my work van also and both times did a satisfactory job. They are knowledgeable and don't mind working on my old work truck. They reasonably priced for the work that they've done for us. They also we're able to figure out and repair something that another shop here in Edmond could not although we're charged for a fix.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I took my wheels with old tires mounted on them to Brian's Automotive Services along with a new set of tires. I asked them to swap the tires and balance the wheels. It was disappointing when I got home and realized how scratched up and abused my wheels were where the old wheel weights used to be. The old wheel weights are removed prior to balancing the new tire on the wheel. My weights were held on with double sided tape and it looked like this shop used a screwdriver and hammer to pry the old weights off. There are now numerous deep scratches on my wheels that I have taken care of and cleaned for years. If you are going to take your wheels to this shop make sure to remove the old weights yourself.Service: Tires
