Brian's has earned our business by providing excellent care for our vehicle and a fantastic customer service experience. They were timely and extremely reasonable. They kept us informed of the costs and when we could expect the vehicle. I know that it's not always possible, but I paid the price they originally quoted. Car repair can't really get any better than this.

Plain and simple - these people are just good people here at Brian’s Automotive. As a young woman I always feel taken advantage of at these car places but Brian’s is honest and they always make sure I’m taken care of for a reasonable price. They are kind and helpful and this is just a good reputable business.

Awesome mechanics.. ac actuator driver side went out. We was quoted an expensive amount from dealership few other places. Brian's did us justice ? I will recommend them to everyone. Thanks again ?

We had a mutual customer that bought a vehicle from us and had an issue come up once he received it. Vehicle was taken to Brian to diagnose and repair. Brian got it diagnosed and repaired it in a fast and timely manner. He was very responsive in communication with me so we could resolve the issue and get our customer's vehicle back on the road for him to enjoy.
I am not from the area but the way Brian approached this issue, his honesty about the repair and his communication with me being hours away was exceptional!
Thanks again Brian for the honesty and integrity that has been so commonly lost in today's automotive repair industry!

Nice guys up here and a clean facility. I was recommended to go here by another shop in the city for my vehicles alignment. It has four wheel steering, so the price can be somewhat brutal when going through the s...tealership.
They are priced fair and have several appointment options. I mistakenly thought I would be able to wait in the lobby, but realized thanks to the gentleman checking me in, that my appointment was actually for drop off only.
Thanks to the quick thinking of the staff members part, they were instead able to work me in for a time more convenient for my schedule. That is good customer service.
