We have used Brewer Carpet for flooring in 2019 and again this year. We have always been pleased with the customer service and their products. I have referred Brewer Carpet to neighbors & friends who were also pleased.

We had a wonderful experience with Brewer Carpet One! Nathan and Zack were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. Picking out material, measuring, getting scheduled - all went smoothly. We went with the Fuzion Vinyl Plank flooring, and it couldn’t be easier to care for. Had to have transitions installed at a second trip because the preferred product was not sent the first time. But the installation was excellent and professionally done. We LOVE these floors, and highly recommend the product and Brewer Carpet One!

I have used Brewers Carpet for the past 5 years and have always had a great experience! They have excellent products and have had an excellent experience from help picking a carpet and pad that meets my needs and help with extra needs because of pets in my home. Their staff are very considerate in taking care of moving furniture so carpet can be laid and placing it back to your satisfaction when completed! Would not go anywhere else!

Installers were friendly but really rough on our doors, door frames and baseboards. Good price on product.

Nathan gave us exceptional service very personable and helpful we struggled with colors for a while and he was very patient I would recommend Brewer carpet to everyone that wants top quality service and product!!!
Victor our installer was excellent! personable hard working and very efficient they did not stop until the job was done and it was beautiful we highly recommend Victor and his team for installation!!!

Outstanding service and friendly knowledgable staff - Zac made it happen for us at OC University baseball - new carpet throughout our locker room and got the job done over the Holidays - thank you Zac - looks great / an instant upgrade to our facilities.

I would like to be able to review their carpet install but unfortunately I've had two appointments for measurements and an estimate with two no-calls and two no-shows.
*Update response* I had to reach out to the store twice, to find out why the person wasn't coming by. Your store did not contact me until I posted a review online; otherwise, I'd still be waiting on a reply. Your missed opportunity.
Also, we were not spoken to upon arrival by anyone for at least 5 minutes. The woman who was speaking with a couple (customers), never said anything to us. No "hello, we will be right with you" or anything was spoken to us. I watched her go to the back after at least 5 minutes and Zachery soon came out from the back.

We were very pleased with the knowledge, professionalism and friendliness of both Zach and Nathan through our selection and order process. We got exactly what we were looking for and the installation team was wonderful. They did a great job cleaning up and replacing the furniture to the proper location. We would definitely use them again.
