Called to get a basic quote on labor and because the woman who answered the phone felt like she has seen my number call before, In which she hadn’t, she was very rude. Not saying that they may not be good at the maintenance on vehicles, but the customer service from the beginning was not it at all. And as I told her she was being very rude, she proceeded with a condescending “uh huh” “oh yea”First impression is everything. For businesses too. As I run my own.

I can't think of enough good things to say about Blue Point Auto Repair. Sean, the mechanic, and Sarah, his wife, make a great team to provide you the best service you could ever imagine. Besides that, I like giving my business to locally owned sole proprietors. Every time I take my car in to have it looked at, I feel like I'm visiting extended family, and in a way, I am. If I could give them a 10-star rating, I would. Give them a try, you won't be sorry.
