I walked into the store right at closing time and I asked a real quick question and then told him that I would come back in the morning.. he said that changing my battery for my FOB wasn't a problem. Not only did he change my battery.. he also took the time to explain the lifetime battery plan for only 35.00 and he signed me up! Excellent customer service!!

Stopped in looking for a rare coin battery, they were out of stock, however I was informed that they couldn't sell it directly, they were required to install it for $15.00 ) in addition to the battery cost.The vehicle key fob I need it for would take 15 seconds to replace the battery (I know, I've done it before). That works out too $1.00 per second of install time. This is ludicrous. Needless to say I left.Batteries Plus, please do better!!!

LJ is a phenomenal employee and saved the day on my I-phone 13 Battery that was leaking and could have exploded at any moment. Long story.. They were quick to replace it and did a wonderful job. We will def. be back. Great customer service from all employees. Battery comes with a 6 month warranty.
