Worst bank ever. Declined my debit card multiple times because of "fraud alert." It was me every single time you a holes. This has caused me serious problems with my business. My Amazon seller account is still locked because of it. It was a pretty good bank when it was bank of the west, but it's worthless since bmo took over. Time to find a new bank for sure.

The way the new Bank (BMO) and specifically the new Manager (Erika) have handled most transactions for my dad who has banked with (Bank of the West) for many years has been very unpleasant, every transaction he has had since the new manager is there always turns into a big issue. She gets defensive and is very unprofessional with how she treats the Banks customers.
From reading other reviews it seems like she treats others the same way.
Very disappointed with this Bank and Manager.

Had accounts at this location for many years, but moved my actual "banking" to a different institution. It's OK if you can do everything online. Needed to address remaining accounts and bank deposit box so I've made 4 physical visits inside Santa Fe in the last 6 months. My experience:
1 teller eager to assist, but unfortunately could not; 1 teller seemed inconvenienced to assist; female in front office assigned to assist lacked the skills to do so, and was very condescending; knowledgeable manager appeared to be fixing employees mistakes.
There is rarely a car in parking lot. Seems like employees would have a lot of free time for better training.

I went to this branch to cash a check written from an account with Bank of the West. Ericka, the manager I’m assuming told the teller that was assisting me, no. She would not be cashing the check. The teller called another branch and asked if they would cash it and Matt, inquired as to why Ericka was not willing to cash the check. When the teller went to the back room and asked, Ericka could be hear saying “it’s none of his business that account isn’t held here I don’t have to do it”Matt’s branch was low on funds so a third branch was called. They also asked why Ericka was not cashing the check. And Ericka again replied that because the account was not opened at her branch it wasn’t her problem and she would not cash the check.I needed up taking the check to the Expressway location (which was not the branch where the account was opened) and they assisted me without issue in cashing the check.Ericka seems either incompetent or willfully negligent in her duty’s and that branch would be better off looking for a replacement.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BANK AND BRANCH!!!! I had my business card skimmed and they continued to let them use it a second day even after my account was negative 1000.00. Now its negative 2900 and they charged me almost 600 in overdraft fees. Went to the branch and was dismissed as if I was a 2 year old mid sentence. She literally got up and walked out of her office.This branch also turns their phones onto forward to make you call corporate office then they have to transfer you to the branch.PATHETIC BRANCH CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

Banked here for over 10 years, went today to make a withdrawal with just my ID and they tell me they can't find me!!!! Not by social,address, husband's name or estate!!! They tell me I don't have an account. I asked to speak to the manager and the guy said he is. He was rude and condescending to the point I got real upset. What a joke of a bank! I will never refer anyone here. Avoid at all costs!!!

This is not a bank for working people. Drive through hours 9:30-4:00. What the heck? Never get call backed after leaving messages for manager. I need a bank not a money holder.

The absolute worst bank i’ve ever had. i’ve had it for over a year and they’re terrible. they change their stories about their “policies”, and they never answer the 1-800 number. I have now been waiting 2 hours in total to get ahold of someone. Matt was the only good worker there. Everyone else there is rude and don’t listen. They don’t add any fees in a timely manner, they do it halfway through the day which is confusing when your account isn’t negative and all of a sudden at 5pm you’re getting a overdraft fee and can’t get ahold of anyone to talk to about it. Don’t go here.

Banked here for a number of years and it’s not worth the headache of having an issue and continuously calling to get them resolved and having no one follow up or call back.

After opening a new account and depositing a check via their mobile app I found out they're going to hold the check for 10 days because I'm a new customer. This practice is extremely outdated and inconvenient. We're in the year 2020 now. We have vehicles that will drive themselves and have technology capable of putting someone on Mars yet this place takes 10 days to verify a check. As soon as the check clears I'll be taking my money elsewhere. This bank is a total failure. I tried calling this branch to speak with a manager but never received a call back. Now my car payment is late and I'm up the creek without a paddle.

Matt, the manager never calls back. The girls at the front will take a message and I’ll never hear anything. They charge fee’s very happily and aren’t worried about happy customer’s.
