Had accounts with them for years, referred my husband within 3 months they had a security breach and had $3000 stolen out of his account-They told him there was a 99% chance that money was not going to be returned to his account and told him it was probably something he did. One month later and we finally resolved the $3000 after personally calling companies and doing the bank’s “investigation” for them. 2 weeks after he had his accounts completely shut down without notice, Bank of Oklahoma told him that his account was a liability even though they had made him a brand new account. We are having ALL of our family members close out their accounts and switch to a more reliable and honest bank, with absolutely NO victim blaming. I wish I could give negative stars for the absolute mistreatment and awful customer service my husband experienced for the 3 total months he’s had his account with them.
Thank you BOK, for all the mistrust I now have for you.

I do all of my business with BOK. They have never made a mistake with my earnings in any way . I made a mistake by purchasing a room on ticket master and was scammed. I called BOK and they put a dispute in and credited the money I had lost back to my account in minutes, before we ended the phone call I had what I had lost retuned.

Our local BOK is so helpful. The bank employees have always been friendly and efficient. We do banking the old-fashioned way (in person), so I really appreciate the bank employees we work with.

New customer for less than one month and am now about to change to a different bank. Was told before I even opened the account that I could transfer from an external bank account up to $20,000 as a time. Nope. $500 is the limit. Then I was told I could transfer using the mobile app up to $5000. Almost. Actually was 4900 and that will get my total transferred eventually. Next mobile attempt was $4900 and that wouldn't work, and when I called I was told there is a $5000 limit every 30 days. Knowing this I would have kept looking for that new bank that does it right, or at least gives correct information from the beginning. I write this review because of the inconvenience and time spent.

The entire staff there is always awesome! Polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous.I just wish they had a little more extended hours, and I wish they were open on Saturday’s.Also, I wish they would do away with the anti-gun signs on the door.
