Sent debit card to wrong place. Refuse to remail to me while I'm stranded out of state. No accountability from them and no willingness to fix their mistake. Guess I need to switch banks.

I utilized the drive-through service and was in lane two for over 30 minutes. The staff member who assisted us was a young man with blonde highlighted hair and glasses. However, I regret to say that his customer service skills left much to be desired. Several issues occurred during our visit, which I would like to highlight for your reference:1. Prolonged Waiting Time: Despite waiting for more than 30 minutes, other cars kept passing us and were served first. It seemed that the staff was only focused on assisting customers in lane one, neglecting the others.2. Inefficient Handling of Requests: When we finally had the opportunity to communicate our preference for receiving large bills, the staff member took an additional 10 minutes before asking us again, displaying a lack of attention and care.3. Lack of Professionalism: To our surprise, when we received the money, it was handed over without being placed in an envelope. Additionally, the receipt provided was torn in half, leaving me without a complete record of my deposit..My mother and I ended up going inside to get the other half of my receipt and report what happened to one of the people working at the front desk. When we asked the employee at the front desk for the name of the person in the drive-thru, he responded with, "I'm not obligated to give you his name out."Take your business somewhere else and do not use BancFirst.

We are first time home buyers on top of being first time home builders. We just recently finished our construction loan, however we were very dissapointed with the outcome. The day after we signed paperwork to close on our loan, the bank called us saying there is 5k missing from the lenders pay off. Turns out that the bank sent over a paystub to the tile company from our account when we were still using the money, so the amount we closed on was inaccurate becasue a updated pay stub was never sent. The bank was blaming the title company, the lender was blaming the bank, and no one was taking ownership. We were set up in a great position to where we didnt have to put any money down and because of someone elses error we had to pay 5k unexpectedly. Partially this was our fault for trusting other people to know how to do their job, how to get the correct information, and know how to communicate with other parties. There were many other frustrating instances with this branch, but this topped it all.

I’ve been with them since moving to Oklahoma. Some of their rules are a little ridiculous…bill pay and check deposit wait time. Love the newer location… until they built some businesses across the street. What a nightmare it’s become to get in and out of the bank. Cars for miles. Sure hope the hype of the new shops will wear off and they will clear a way for people needing to get to the bank. I’m thankful there are several other locations to choose from.

First class, I have been baking at this location for several years now. I highly recommend, the staff and facility are over the top. I noticed that there was a one star review and wanted to counter that, because my experience has been nothing but great.

Great bank with in branch personal service. I love i can check my balance online and on my phone. Call Randy or Brent, they take care of you with Oklahoma kindness

The older lady inside was very rude and disrespectful. I had multiple problems when going inside as if I wasn't 18 and couldn't pull money out of MY account. I left in frustration and ended up having a parent transfer the money manually.

We have been with BancFirst for a long time. They always provide great service: this morning I accidentally incurred an overdraft but after I transferred money to cover I called customer service. My call was immediately picked up and the charge was waived, no questions asked.
