“This is my first time using Christian Brothers. Thus far I have had a positive experience. Thorough courtesy check performed by Chris and written upon by Brandon, received courtesy ride to the park. Michael, my driver, was friendly. Weston at the front desk was patient and professional. Brandon spent time talking on the phone with me, was upfront about time of potential labor and costs, about what is critical and what is not. He was also understanding about finances and what would be worth it to me as the customer given my needs and the condition of the car. The work inspected and discussed involved oil leaks/a transmission leak as well as low coolant level and an exhaust leak. We have a 2001 Honda accord nearing 200k miles. Received a good experience thus far as well as free coffee. I may update later after becoming more experienced with the company. I was at the East Edmond 2nd street location.”

“I called them and explained my tailgate was broken. They told me to drop by anytime. My husband brought the truck in, they immediately took it back, worked on it, and within 15 minutes it was repaired! I thought I’d have to buy a new tailgate and I’m happy they didn’t try to upsell me. Overall, SO incredibly happy with every aspect of their business— from the call, the in-person interaction, quickly jumping to the task at hand, and quality work. Thank you so much!”

“Wonderful people and reasonable prices. Another auto shop quoted me $3,800 to fix the problem with my 2010 Toyota Prius. This place quoted me $1,500 ($1,000 for the part and $500 for the labor). Sadly, that is still above what I am willing to pay at this time since the problem is manageable. There is also an annoying beep coming from under the dash, but they don't remove dashes (which is understandable), so I will do it myself or just continue to tolerate the noise. If I eventually decide to get things fixed, I will surely get it done at Autoworks Japanese Car Specialist.”

Part ordered and problem fixed, this is the way I like it They sent updated texts, as well as a phone call to inform of problem and cost. “When I had an emergency breakdown nearly 200 miles from home , they got my vehicle fixed in less than 24 hours . My only complaint is I was charged almost $33 for using my debit card on an $800 bill . They never told me about the charge . I didn't even realize I had to pay a fee to use my debit card until after I payed . That upset me because I could have given them cash at the time .”

“We've been going to Pop for 15 years now. If there is one word I would use to describe him is that he is "honest." He will fix what is truly needed, not what the stealership says you need. And the work is always problem free and reasonably priced. What has worked best for me is to schedule with him in advance and be prepared to drop your car off for the day (or work out with him whether he can do a quick enough turnaround such that you can wait).”

“Brought my 2014 Ram 1500 in to have the rocker arms and lifters replaced. Apparently, this is common for the 3.6 Pentastar engine. I have worked on cars my whole life, but weighed how long it would take me and times I would have to redo something. They had me in and out in two days. They were honest about what parts needed replaced and upfront on the price. They have become my go to garage for things that I can't or don't want to do. It is hard to find an honest garage. “I took my Volvo to the local dealer when my engine light came on. They gave me a laundry list of needed repairs totaling $4500. When I brought my car to Scott at Swedish Imports for a second opinion he told me only one item on the list actually required repair/replacement (oil trap) and only charged me for that item. My car is purring like a kitten again and my air conditioner is somehow colder/blowing harder even though it was not mentioned on the list. This level of integrity and honesty is unparalleled. I will be a loyal customer for life.”

“I was having trouble with my car not starting after charge, would start then not! I called Daniel to see what he thought and he said probably bad battery! I got car started and he said he could have battery there in about 15 minutes so by the time I drove there, my battery was there within a few minutes and installed and I was on my way!! Always excellent service and recommend them! Everyone always so friendly and care about giving good service!! Would recommend to anyone Automotive MD as I have to friends and family!!”

“My Challenger had a rattle in the exhaust and no muffler shop in town would touch it because it would make the computer show a check engine light. The comment from most was I could buy a kit to fix the code or take it to the dealer. I couldn't believe no one wanted to put on an aftermarket on my car and fix it! So thankful to have found Josh and The Pad, I have Borla Cat-backs and now my only regret is that I didn't get them sooner! It sounds better than I could have ever hoped for! This place knows their stuff!!!”
