I have had superior customer service from this store. Not only did the staff address my concerns quickly getting me serviced the same day...they found a problem with my vehicle that affected not only my system but the integrity of my vehicle and brought it to my attention. I am grateful they didn't just try to sell me new products and send me on my way. For them to go above and beyond shows me they do care for their customers.
I first came to this location 5yrs ago and had installation work done. I was impressed with the professional job they performed. So when I encountered a problem with my amp I went right to them for help. They got me fixed up, identified the source of the problem which did not stem from their installation or their products. Audio Midwest is a great company and they do stand behind their products and service. 100% recommend.

Johnny and Robert are the best 2 guys out there. Been working on multiple vehicles of mine for at least 3 years. Had to come and leave a review since Johnny might be leaving the company in a week and just wanted everyone to know just how awesome they are and you should definitely get your car audio done here.

Audio west were very efficient and did the job gracefully. Justin and the guys did a great job! After waiting 3 weeks custom sounds and tint wasn't they never touched based with me hopefully they can get it under control I recommend anyone to use Audio Midwest! Overall great job! -steven jones

Had a audio shop in Florida do a terrible job, came to audio Midwest and they quickly identified my issue and gave me my solutions. Got a new amp and speaker installed and it sounds 100% better.
