βThis is my first time at a Bank of America in 10 years and my first time at a Bank of America in Edmond OK. I went in with my sister & elderly mother to assist her with some banking needs. We were immediately greeted at the door. The greeter then held the door open for us to enter and began inquiring as to how he could assist us. When we explained to him our situation he put us on the appointment schedule for the person who would be able to help us. Our wait was only a few minutes and we were greeted by the gentleman who would be working with us. He was extremely professional, courteous and kind. My mother doesn't immediately understand everything she hears and he was careful to explain things. He was also a good sport, playing along with her humor. This gentleman went above and beyond the call of duty. He really helped us out and set us up for success! Snaps to this branch for its excellent customer service!β
