BUYERS BEWARE!!! Read all updates!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
I have never had a worse car buying experience. The amount of stress I have had since buying this car is insane. Within two hours of driving my car that we are paying $14,000 for, The engine light comes on. After taking it to AutoZone, there are several major issues with it, and it is clear that the engine light codes have been wiped for selling purposes. I have spent the past two weeks with my engine light going on and off and them claiming they replaced the hose that was responsible for the air to fuel ratio, but when I take it to AutoZone, it also says that there’s misfires happening and coils need replaced. I shouldn’t purchase a $14,000 car and have these Large issues. Now two weeks post purchase, my car has not started a total of about 10 times over the past 24 hours. I tried to go pick up the second key, it was dead or not programmed. Did not work at all. I’m hoping that with the car not starting, it is an issue of the original key needing a battery replacement but even then… I should not have to be doing this and jumping through hoops over an expensive car TWO weeks after purchasing it. We are a middle-class family and I should not be having to spend more money and time to go back-and-forth to this place to get it fixed. I will never buy from here again, I will also advise everyone I know to stay away from this place. Additionally, I will be going at greater lengths for these issues to be made right. I have other people that have bought from here and have had similar issues. Regardless of the “as is” scam I bought into, if my issues are not fixed-I’ll be taking this place to the news stations.
**updated to add: had to spend near $300 on a battery. Apparently batteries with push start features are a lot pricier. Got the battery that was in there tested and it was bad as well as the positive terminal port to the battery. Battery was replaced and the car STILL wouldn’t start. The people that changed the battery also noted significant corrosion around the battery. in a couple of days, I am dropping a lot more money to take this car to a mechanic to get a full report of what is going on with it. At that point, I will not stop to make this right. I have 2 young children and we have been stranded all around the city. This is terrible what has been done/sold to my family.
**2nd update:
Mechanic had to come put a break switch in-it was completely dead. $200 more spent on this issue.
**3rd update:
4 weeks post buy and we just discovered the coolant is leaking.
**4th update:
August 31st, 2024-5 months post purchase-multiple cylinder misfires. This will result in hundreds of repairs needed including coils, spark plugs, etc..

It's was great at first lady at desk was nice tried financing with 900 down wouldn't take my money made us think we'd get approved stated she'd call us but never called just texted. Thank God for American car mart made a deal on car even with showing up late. I would recommend car mart in Norman and shawnee if you need a car. Although atlas has ok cars they are not truthful and I don't think I'd recommend

Mr. Adill is a very kind person, you can tell he genuinely cares about people and I love that he had a diverse staff. His connections and mechanics did an amazing job getting me a car that runs smooth and safely for an affordable price. I highly recommend because you can tell his intentions are not to over sell or take advantage of customers.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I cannot stress this enough DO NOT purchase a car from here. I bought a bmw, it drove great when I was test driving. The minute I took it off the lot it started misfiring. Since then, I have had four other things go wrong. They refuse to fix it. The “mechanic” there, as many people have said is awful. He has no idea what he’s doing. They will fix the car just enough for you to get out of the door. Any one who writes a good review simply got lucky. I’m now stuck with a car that’s broke down less than two months after I bought it. But there has been issues from the very first day. When you hear about scheming car people, this is what they’re talking about. The only good thing was how friendly the woman at the front desk was.
