I have been with Arvest for 20 YEARS and the past 9 months have been nothing but a nightmare, headache and waste of my time. They randomly shut off one of my cards on one account then when I had to have one mailed out they deducted $ for it with out informing me or asking. I would have authorized it but it made me uncomfortable with everything else going on. On my other account they kept putting fraud protection on and tried to tell me that 7/11 and Starbucks were fraudulent. I had to make 4 different trips and 3 calls to get this fixed. One of my visits included a woman making rude comments about my spending habits. And the straw that broke the camels back was this morning when I went to the ATM and it kept my card. I was told I had to go to a bank to get a new card. This is a huge pain as all my auto drafts come off that account. Within the past 9 months Arvest has created so many issues and wasted so much of my time. Headed over to Regent today!

I had the same experience where a deposit was held for 10 days. I was unaware this bank held deposits for so long. I went in the bank to deposit a large check from a closing and feel they should have at least warned me. Just called to ask how much longer the hold was and representative didn't even care I was upset. Will be closing all 4 of my accounts with this bank. EXTREMELY poor customer service. Also was told the hold would expire today, which it is not.

This is by far the WORST bank I’ve ever been with.. there has been issue after issue after opening my account. My funds were being held for an entire week and they don’t give any temporary cards. So it also took an entire week for my card to arrive. But guess what? My funds are still being held.. even if you transfer from another account, they hold your funds when it should be an instant transfer with instant access (for reference I was transferring money from my cash app to this acct since I still don’t have access to my opening deposit.. )Oh, and the only option when you do get your card is to CALL to activate it.. you can’t do it online or anything and of course my phone is off because they held my funds and I wasn’t able to pay it…you see where I’m going with this?.. just one problem after another with this bank.it’s been only a week and as soon as I get access to my funds, I will be closing this acct. this is an awful bank.

Everyone in the bank had no idea how to send a wire transfer I was in there for 1 hour and 8 minutes waiting for them to figure out how to send one by the time I said forget about it cause at that point I knew they had no idea what they where doing i told them never mind I’m worried that something is goin to be messed upThey was blaming the computer was taking a while to load but was secretly on the phone calling someone trying to figure it out poor customer service and not good to lie and be fake with customers

This Arvest branch is exceptional due to the manager Shelly, and Assistant Manager Judi!!!Shelley worked through my challenges with diligence and so much kindness and empathy. I appreciate these two so much, and would highly recommend anyone in Edmond looking for a new bank-talk to Shelley!

Competitive products and friendly staff, but the lobby is often closed and the ATM doesn’t take deposits. Honestly not impressed so far as a new customer.

Very this location has very poor customer service their ATM barely works every weekend. And half the time when you try to put in a deposit or get money out of the ATM it malfunctions even though it says it gave you the money it doesn't and it won't be taken care of until the next business day so the whole weekend your account shows that you have no money when you really do. Poor management skills at this location I suggest not visiting this location

Had a verbal dispute with the assistant manager about opening the bank lobby . He wanted to argue with me about an array of things. I felt he was combative and argumentative. I’ve banked here for 20 years and have never been treated with such disrespect . It was not how I wanted to start my morning . I really need to close my account and not deal with anxiety from my bank.

This location worked well with us when our checking account was compromised. My only question/complaint is; why is it no "temporarily" closed? It's been months! There is not another location near me.

I freaking LOVE ARVEST. But not this one! The one in Stillwater is the best one in the world!(my opinion) my my experiences in Edmond have been nothing close to that of Stillwater. If the Edmond branches were my first impression of arvest, I’d be closing my account. But I’m dedicated and hope things get better in Edmond. This location was never really open, and now it’s temporarily closed. Bad business decision as I imagine they will lose quite a few accounts. PLEASE fix the atm, you can’t even see the screen, miss the brand new atm in STILLWATER!!!
