First time visit and it will definitely be my last. I called and spoke with COURTNEY to ask about a CHI product and she was extremely dry and short throughout the call. Okay cool might’ve been a bad day for her. I came in a few days later and it was worse in person. Upon entering, she was slouched over the counter on her phone and seemed as if she didn’t want to be there. I felt very unwelcome I don’t even remember her greeting me! Lastly the floors were filthy towards the back and around the counter. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!

I’ve been coming to this Armstrong and McCalls since it opened. Courtney is the best, she always answers my questions and is very helpful not to mention always very pleasant. As are the rest of the staff!

This store is a little hidden! I didn't realize it was here for the longest time but I'm glad I found it. I'm always greeted with a friendly hello and a smile by Shelby. She's always so helpful and knowledgeable. When ever they're out of something I need she always gets me what I need from another store.
