There is a Home Depot employee there named BO that is not only knowledgeable, helpful and kind but he is turning the plant area around. “I have been a Lowe's fan for 15 years. I have had a few poor experiences with Lowe's over the years. Decided to move to Home Depot and I am glad I did. I had a unique application using Formica. Rodney Scannell helped me through the process and had some great recommendations. Ordered what I needed and I was good to go. Great Service! Thank you Overtime I have become involved in more projects and I do my own work. As a result, in my experience Lowe's is focused on the typical home owner and Home Depot is focused on those wo do the work. I have been to the Edmond store about 8 times so far all the employees on the floor as well as the cashiers are wonderful. Eager to answer your questions and help you find what you need.
