“had a problem that required maintenance the other day, and the maintenance staff member Justin came to help me as soon as I was available. He was patient and waited for me to get home which goes a long way for me. he's professional, and great with animals. My dog gets severe anxiety from ppl being in my home but she loved Justin and it ended up being a great interaction. he's a true craftsman, and I couldn't be more appreciative that he's apart of the staff here. thanks fountain lake for having such a great maintenance staff. continued service at this level of hospitality has been the trend here with the maintenance staff. each interaction continues to give me a positive outlook on the complex and I couldn't be more grateful.”

“Currently am renting a two bedroom apartment at Windrush Apartments for the last 6 months Absolutely love it! Of course there will be a few small issues of maintenance here or there but the managers have always been on top of it! The leasing office clerks/managers and maintenance workers have always been so helpful, friendly and beyond great. Huge shout-out to Stephanie Marshall for always having time for me with anything I need help with! She's an amazing person! Stephanie listens to every word she's is incredibly genuine and understanding. If anyone is looking for an apartment complex in Edmond I highly recommend the Windrush. Nothing but good things!”

“I actually love it here they have lunch for the kids every Saturday and they love having events and drawings around the holidays to try to bring the community together Alicia and Charles have the office under control and when things in my house needs to be fixed it's been done in a timely manner ROBERT DAYE he fixed my plugs and showed me how to test them in the future i really appreciate him I WILL UPDATE ONCE I GET HIS NAME when they are short staff it's a different story but I believe they are getting it under control everyone is friendly here makes you feel at home I also like how the countertop is and hard floors the units are definitely up to date”
