I have been using this cleaners for a year now and I come here regularly to clean my suits and my wife and daughter's dresses! My experience has always been great! Everyone is professional and kind! Even with 2 dresses that had glitter on them they were still able to clean it without messing up the glitter! They did misplace my pocket square but were very apologetic and were prepared to make restitution but they found it and they did not charge for the pocket square cleaning! I understand things happen and no one is perfect! No complaints here!

American Cleaners RUINED my clothing and blamed it on the material. I’ve had this item dry cleaned several times before with no issues from the other businesses I’ve used. I even still had to PAY for my damaged item. Worst customer service and poor quality of service

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They must have monkeys doing the laundry there as they ruined my clothes at which they did not apologize or take responsibility. The lack of professionalism here is beyond and completely and utterly unacceptable.

Wish I could give negative 5 stars. Took 5 very high quality jackets in to be cleaned and they ended up ruining my Canada Goose jacket. RUINED. Told them they needed to fix it or replace it and they wouldn't do either. Still made me pay for the other jackets and left me with a ruined $1500 jacket. Their customer service was terrible and I would NEVER recommend anyone take their clothes there unless they wants to take a huge risk of having them ruined.

I would not recommend this dry cleaner. They ruined a brand new blazer of mine and then had the audacity to tell me to send it back to the manufacturing because it was not their fault for damaging it, but instead of how the blazer was made. Stay away from this place unless you want your clothes damaged.

Best Dry Cleaners in OKC hands down. I took a white needle point pillow of my Mother's that was about 50 years old and very dirty. American Cleaners did some "magic" on that pillow, because I swear it looks brand new. My Mom was super elated, and it has taken its rightful place on her bed just like she had it over 50 years ago. Would highly recommend. Bonus is that they have a drive thru, which is super convenient, and they will put your Dry Cleaning in your car... not that is service.
